行銷農產兼做公益　光豐農會推慈善餐會

光豐農會為了推廣花蓮縣光復鄉、豐濱鄉道地優質食材，推出「愛在農夜慈善餐會」推出30桌菜餚讓民眾認購，將餐費所得一半捐給善牧基金會作公益。
 
光豐農會總幹事林清水表示，光復鄉及豐濱鄉依山傍海，有原住民野菜，還有飛魚白蝦、黑糯米、放山雞，這次把「山珍海味」揉合成一桌佳餚，食材皆安全無毒，保證是在地出產，12日將舉辦行銷活動，歡迎全國民眾認購，每桌5千元，其中一半捐作公益。
 
菜單設計人朱進郎表示，他選用最新鮮好吃的原住民食材，包含由紅茄、黃秋葵、黃花美人組成的野菜拼盤，由藤心、麵包果加野菜的八寶野菜湯，一桌13道菜，道道都是原汁原味。（黃瑞娟／花蓮報導）
