宅配通人民幣500萬參與富邦歌華現增

宅配通（2642）布局大陸電視購物，今天公告投資人民幣500萬元（約新台幣2,500萬元），參與富邦歌華（北京）商貿公司的現金增資案。

宅配通主管表示，此次屬於策略性的間接投資，未來富邦歌華與北京宅配通在業務上可以搭配合作。

富邦歌華（北京）商貿公司為富邦集團與大陸有線電視系統台業者歌華有線於2012年合資設立，原資本額1.6 億元人民幣，此次擬辦理7,000萬元人民幣增資案，宅配通參與投資。
