鈺緯將增資取得富動100%股權

醫材廠鈺緯科技（4153）與富動科技為降低成本，強化經營體質、擴大營運規模、提升營運績效，增強全國醫療及教育市場之競爭力，於7月17日分別召開董事會，決議通過由鈺緯採股份轉換增資發行新股方式，取得富動100%股權之子公司，有效整合雙方資源。

本次換股比例經雙方董事會決議同意以富動1.45股普通股換發鈺緯普通股1股，換股基準日暫訂為2015年1月1日，本案仍須經過預定9月3日召開股東臨時會通過，及完成其他相關法律程序後才會生效。

富動董事長洪金柔指出，富動專注於全球教育市場，主攻幼兒教育至大學研究所各式學校電子化互動教具及多樣化教育軟體，取代投影機、黑板、白板等，國內有很多學校使用之外，歐洲為最大市場，並與歐洲第二大承銷商合作。
