兩岸海上搜救演練　我方人員首登陸艦

兩岸每2年輪流舉行一次的「兩岸海上聯合搜救演練」，將於明天下午在馬祖與福建馬尾交界海域進行，兩岸海上搜救相關部門大約約550人參與，兩岸共動用搜救船舶34艘、救助直升機4架，模擬事故船舶搜救，主要演練區域面積15.4平方公里。此次演練亦是首次馬祖與中國共同策劃執行的大規模海難聯合搜救演練。

「海上兩岸聯合搜救演練」,現場海上船艦及直升機分依照7大演練項目「遇險通報、緊急通聯應變溝通、搜救分工、人命救助、船舶自救人員疏散、後送就醫、善後恢復」進行操演。

此次演練，現場設有海上觀禮台，兩岸相關人員「同台指揮、同台觀摩」，也是首次我方人員登上陸方觀禮船，極具象徵與實質性歷史意義，且符合美、日等國海上演練之國際慣例。(胡依北／馬祖報導)
