軍情局旁建14層高樓　國家情報恐全都露

位於北市博愛特區的一品苑豪宅，因樓高23樓可俯瞰總統官邸，曾引發關切。，北市議員簡余晏今質詢表示，有建商在士林忠誠路與仰德大道對面蓋起樣品屋，未來打算興建14層樓、高49.9公尺的豪宅，前年已向北市府取得建照。她憂心，若有心人士在該大樓頂樓架設錄影機或干擾設備，情治人員進出情形，或國家情報恐被一覽無疑，被全面監控，國安將受到很大的威脅。
 
簡余晏質疑，建商要當地興建大樓，當地居民都抗議過，市府究竟有無現場勘察？有無主動知會國防部此地要蓋大樓？
 
北市都發局長邊泰明表示，該區都市計畫有無限制，還須調查；此外，軍情局是否有國防機密需要管制，可提都審規範，將會請國安局列席表達意見。
 
北市建管處長張剛維表示，軍情局附近都是第三種住宅區，軍情局若有軍事需要限建，應主動通知市政府，但過去到現在，市府都未收到軍情局表達任何意見。由於該建案位於平地，沒有涉及坡地，市府發照前未派員現場會勘。（郭美瑜／台北報導）
