寧夏夜市10月起禁菸　攤商憂陸客難管

台北市知名夜市寧夏夜市，繼「千歲宴」後又有創舉。今日出版的《自由時報》報導，寧夏夜市商圈業者為了要打造清潔、衛生的環境，將在10月起全面禁菸，屆時如果在逛街區吸菸，恐挨罰最高1萬元。

屆時衛生局將會派稽查員在現場勸導，如果屢勸不聽才會開罰，對於外國遊客也會要求立刻到超商繳罰款。不過有業者坦言，近期許多陸客團前往造訪，認為比較難規勸，恐會引發糾紛。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
