北京與達賴特使談判　「不搞分離就能回國」

中國西藏自治區黨委副書記吳英傑，與西藏精神領袖達賴喇嘛的「私人特使」，針對達賴喇嘛重返西藏展開談判。

《The Hindu》報導，吳英傑昨天受訪表示，與達賴喇嘛「私人特使」的談判「持續進行，而且一向都很順暢，不過我們只討論他個人的未來，並非西藏的未來」。

吳英傑說，「包括達賴喇嘛及其身邊的人在內，只要他們接受西藏和台灣為中國的一部分，並且放棄分離主義活動，所有人都可返回西藏」。他也表示，近年來很多西藏領導者都已經選擇回國。

被問到北京與印度達蘭薩拉（Dharamsala）的西藏流亡政府的政治談判時，吳英傑說：「達賴喇嘛怎能要求中國自西藏撤軍？軍隊是我國的象徵。印度會同意從阿魯納查省（Arunachal Pradesh）撤離陸軍嗎？」。吳英傑也說，中國絕不接受「西藏流亡政府」這個稱號。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
