女騎士閃狗摔死　飼主判賠316萬

養狗的朋友要注意！中和李姓男子（65歲）去年9月28日上午，讓兒子飼養的狗獨自外出活動，不料狗突然橫越馬路，51歲邱姓女騎士為閃避黑狗而緊急煞車，致打滑失控而摔車，頭部重傷送醫急救7天後死亡。邱女的兒女向李男求償，新北地院判李男須賠316萬餘元。可上訴。

車禍事故發生後，警方調閱附近監視畫面，發現肇禍的黑狗戴有黃色項圈、嘴套，經查訪找到李家，李男坦承讓狗獨自外出，被檢方依過失致死罪起訴，高院今年5月判李男5月徒刑，可用15萬元易科罰金確定。
 
邱女的女兒（32歲）、兒子（29歲）另要求李男分別賠償2人扶養費、喪葬費及精神慰撫金各323萬餘元、305萬餘元，但新北地院考量2人有謀生能力，故未判准扶養費用，僅判准醫療、殯葬費用以及精神慰撫金，各判准166萬餘元、150萬元。總計李男須賠償316萬餘元；尚可上訴。（孫友廉／新北報導）
