克里夫歐文坦言從沒被接洽演007

近來主演CINEMAX影集「紐約醫情」的克里夫歐文，曾經一度盛傳是扮演007詹姆斯龐德的可能人選，他再次強調：「根本沒人找過我啊！」

當初媒體指他是呼聲最高的人選，但他要求每部片的票房分紅，最終未獲製片公司同意。然而他數度表示自己完全未被接洽，並猜測可能是在電影「Croupier」中穿上燕尾服在賭場的演出，令人聯想到「皇家夜總會」中上賭桌的007，才會有那麼多不實的傳聞。
