本人預計明年一月在德国曼漢姆Mannheim租房，出租給商務考察，自助旅遊，探親訪友，長期居住的商務學者，青年學生，探望子女的家長等等...提供長期租房。
現正在房屋找尋中...先來說明廣告...有想預住者...可以記錄一下
因為是租來出租...以兩房為主...不想一次租很大...結果卻沒預期的人多來住...怕會損失...

Mannheim 位於德國西南方，是 Baden-Wuerttemberg 邦僅次於 Stuttgart 的第二大城，居民近32萬。座落在 Rhine 和 Neckar 兩條河的匯流處，使 Mannheim 成為各地往來的樞紐。藉著便利的交通，19世紀以來此地發展成工商業的重鎮。北邊70公里即可到達 Frankfurt，往東南95公里則是Stuttgart；要旅行至法國、瑞士等國家也相當便利。許多大公司如 John Deere，BASF，和ABB 都設立於 Mannheim 附近。另外在都市規畫上整齊的棋盤街道形成的"方型都市"，也是其特色之一。在 Mannheim 著名的景點有古供水塔、菲德烈廣場、市立美術館與選帝侯宮等。Mannheim 的周邊有許多美麗的歷史城鎮；如著名的 Heidelberg，搭15分左右的車即可到達。Palatinate 區域釀酒業相當蓬勃，在秋季也會舉行各種 wine festival。
