校園霸凌案校方推：監視器壞掉無法追究

台南市就讀國小三年級的陳姓男童患中度遲緩，11月21日在操場看某學生一眼，遭對方拿棍棒抽打，造成背部有兩條傷痕，陳童母親晚上幫他洗澡時，才發現兒子被打，但也不知道是誰打他，質疑校方沒有盡到照顧責任。

校方表示，因學校操場監視器損壞，沒有攝錄打人的學生是誰。教育局長鄭邦鎮表示，下午將去國小會勘，預計明年一月底前裝設監視器完畢。
