哈囉大家～

因為我是從臺北飛函館，之後到札幌之後再轉去東京（跟別人相反的玩...)
想請大家給我一些行程的規劃以及交通建議
以下是我目前規劃的行程

19 桃園→函館機場→入境→飯店→赤レンガ倉庫群→函館山纜車
20 函館洞爺湖
21 洞爺湖小尊
22 小尊札幌
23 札幌東京

交通方面需要買JR PASS嗎？
我沒有跑很多地方，畢竟天氣冷冷加上自己一個人...
希望大家可以給我一些行程建議！
