IOI買台北101 宋文琪：感到奇怪

台北101今日下午舉行2015新年煙火合作記者會，台北101董事長宋文琪表示，台灣人可以建造出101，相信台灣人自己就能經營的很好，而101煙火是否持續施放，則應該由全民來決定，不是一個人可以決定。

對於馬來西亞地產商IOI集團計畫出資購買股權，宋文琪說，「感到很奇怪。」台北101不需要靠地產商成為東南亞地標，101早已經是國際地標。
