高鐵一旦破產　政府接管要花7000億

高鐵要是真的破產，全民得付出多少代價？交通部的答案是，7000億。

今日出刊的《經濟日報》報導，立法院交通委員會下周將審查高鐵財改方案，萬一沒有過關，高鐵最快明年3月破產，屆時政府將花7000億元收買並接管營運。

交通部希望立法院在今年底前通過高鐵財改方案，否則明年3月法院三審定讞，台灣高鐵公司沒有足夠現金買回特別股，將「資不抵債」，高鐵就會破產。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
