該怎麼做才可以輕鬆把大餅臉瘦下來呢?

我以前都只敢穿長褲
我小腹很大，大腿也很粗
我很不敢穿短裙和短褲
我男友都希望我可以減肥
那時候有7公斤要減
我買很多衣服都很漂亮
可是穿起來卻很不搭
我用過了減肥茶減重
甚至也穿過塑身衣
但是減了2年肥也沒瘦下來過
我在網路認識了瘦身成功的朋友
幫助我減肥
2個月我瘦了5公斤
瘦下來的時候
我男朋友終於說我沒有水腫
看起來好美，我超開心
我覺得很感動，被男朋友稱讚
心情真的很開心
我現在可以買漂亮的衣服
很多衣服我都敢穿
像是短褲和短裙
我覺得如果我可以瘦下來你一定也可以
希望可以幫助更多愛美的女生
