電車遇襲 平民13死 烏政府譴責

烏克蘭今天譴責親俄叛亂分子，砲轟接近烏東分離叛軍大本營頓內茨市中心的一輛無軌電車，造成至少13人死亡。

國防部發布聲明說：「恐怖分子今天砲轟頓內茨（Donetsk）市內一輛電車。」基輔當局稱分離叛軍為恐怖分子。

「恐怖分子砲轟大眾運輸車輛，這輛電車發自頓內茨市住宅區，而這些住宅區是由非法民兵所控制。」
