去年陸企海外併購增4成創歷史新高

資誠會計事務所今天發布最新報告指出，2014年，中國大陸企業海外併購交易數量激增，年增長近四成，創歷史新高。

中新社報導，資誠今天發布「2014中國地區企業併購回顧與2015年前瞻」。該報告顯示，2014年大陸企業海外併購數量達272宗，較2013年200宗增長36%。

雖然缺乏巨額交易，但2014年大陸企業海外併購交易金額仍達569億美元，僅次於2012年669億美元的歷史峰值。

從發生地來看，2014年大陸企業的海外併購在北美洲有96宗、歐洲83宗、亞洲64宗、大洋洲17宗、非洲7宗、南美洲5宗。
