日本三菱日聯銀行 4月起機器人幫你服務

日本最大銀行東京三菱日聯銀行（Mitsubishi UFJ）即將聘請機器人當員工，4月起部份分行的顧客就能遇到他。

這個名為「Nao」的機器人重5.4公斤、高54公分，會說19國語言，由軟體銀行（Softbank）旗下的法國Aldebaran Robotics公司生產。三菱日聯說，Nao 4月起將在一到兩家分行進行測試服務，如果表現得好，會聘請更多機器人到銀行工作。

Nao額頭上有台攝影機，可以從顧客的面部表情和聲調分析情緒，因此可以和顧客打招呼，或詢問顧客需要何種服務。

在本周的東京展示會上，Nao與說英語的顧客的互動十分流暢，「歡迎光臨，我可以提供換匯、自動提款機、開戶貨海外匯款的資訊，你想要哪種服務？」

三菱日聯是應首相安倍晉三「機器人革命」的倡議，投資「非人類資源」的其中一家日本企業。
