[搶救] Toshiba 無法正常開機

廠牌:Toshiba 型號:C850 購入日期:2012/09 距上次使用正常時間:3天 OS版本:Win7 平常作業內容:逛網拍，看ptt,打報告有無內建還原功能(Y/N):N 問題內容: 電池怪怪的，於是只能邊插電才能玩前幾天玩到一半家裡跳電，電腦也不能用了，等到電來了以後就無法正常開機了，呈現這個畫面 http://i.imgur.com/nt5v9uI.jpg
