「爆肝列車」每天開　台鐵司機員過勞

看過電影《煞不住》的人應該了解，一位優秀的火車司機員有多重要！

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，台鐵司機員編制1280人，現僅1150人；台鐵工會認為，司機員至少要超過1500人才夠。

人力吃緊，台鐵新車卻越買越多，加上逢年過節加開班次，造成司機員工作負荷大，受不了壓力的人受訓完就「落跑」，台鐵找不到人開火車，許多司機員幾乎每天都「爆肝駕駛」。

司機員指出，司機員工作太多、太雜，又不像高鐵、捷運屬封閉式軌道，常有民眾跨越鐵軌，普悠瑪號甚至曾撞死牛，都造成司機員很大的心理壓力。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
