【綜合報導】南迴鐵路因土石流造成自強號出軌而中斷，在工程人員不眠不休搶通下，今天凌晨三點多，將最後底盤嚴重扭曲的兩節車廂（第4、5節）成功拉上軌道拖出，待第二隧道口的淤泥清除完畢，台鐵還會以普快車進行測試，最快將在下午通車。

據《壹電視》報導，由於第二隧道口還有淤泥及土石堆，目前怪手正加緊清除中，同時台鐵也擔心軌道有問題，派出了維修台車檢試軌道，待土石清除後，台鐵還會以普快車進行測試，預計最快將在下午通車。

例一.是過去式.
例二.算是現在進行式.
未來呢!??
抱怨貝幣太多的.現在已看不到了.甚至相反的.有人抱怨貝幣嚴重缺乏.
現在...也很少看到有人抱怨爆倉了.至少我沒看到.
那看看現在板上抱怨最常見的是啥呢!??
大概是什麼偷寶.單一寶...這些雞腸鳥肚的事.
這點很可能是未來式了.
官方反制玩家的抱怨.那力度絕對夠.
例一.二.可見.
我從沒抱怨過關於玩家自我設限的事啊!
我的魚缸一直都是無限制.
以前還會反制一下自動掃缸的玩家.
現在來逛我魚缸的人愈來愈少了.所以連自動掃缸的也一律歡迎.
但無視玩家設限的警告.又多半是自動掃缸的玩家.
以後如果都沒人來逛我的魚缸了.
我又被冤了!

今過一整波的開水4周年的事件

我看到這個社會的一些問題

就好像是要糖吃的小孩子一樣

賞你一口飯吃~你就會滿足了...

因為它爛~所以玩家們的標準也自然而然在降低中

在這個社會的政治圈裡面

也經常看到這樣的社會現象

對於貪汙者的縱容 因為他們經常在貪污~所以你們標準就降得很低

但是對於不長貪污的政黨來說

一個老鼠屎~卻可以大大炒作對手就是貪污政黨

讓我看到很多很多社會不公平的現象

原來

我這一次看到他們最可怕的經營態度

〔記者黃佳琳／高雄報導〕受康芮颱風及鋒面影響，高雄連日豪雨不斷，市長陳菊昨日前 往鳳山山仔頂溝滯洪池視察，了解豪雨期間蓄水狀況。陳菊表示，市府投入超過百億元興 建滯洪池，已見防洪功效，未來將持續透過市籍立委爭取治水預算，讓居民免受淹水之苦 。 為了提升鳳山溪防洪標準，市府在鳳山及大寮交界處，設置五．七一公頃的山仔頂溝滯洪 池，此次康芮颱風帶來驚人雨勢，大寮累積雨量約達三百五十毫米，滯洪池發揮功效，讓 鳳山溪沿岸排水獲得舒緩。 陳菊表示，市府爭取中央八年八百億元治水預算，目前已投入超過百億元施作包括寶業里 、典寶溪、前鋒子及山仔頂溝等滯洪池，此次康芮颱風暴雨來襲，瞬間雨量宣洩不及，傳 出零星積水災情，但高雄淹水較為輕微，以往淹水頻傳的赤山一帶也減緩不少。 陳菊說，滯洪池不僅只有排水納洪功能，平日可作為市民休閒散步的去處，水利局正加速 周邊綠美化腳步，提供舒適宜人的親水空間；市府目前正積極辦理坔埔及鳳山圳滯洪池工 程，初估工程費及用地費約十一億元，盼市籍立委不分黨派，共同向中央爭取治水預算補 助，減輕水患，讓居民免受淹水之苦。 市府水利局表示，山仔頂溝滯洪池今年二月完工，蓄水量可達廿二．五萬噸，未來預計在 沿岸移種大型樹木，並與農田水利會協調於滯洪池邊坡綠美化，為環境增添綠意。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/sep/2/today-south5.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.128.206

【綜合報導】陳偉殷先發對洋基，在第3、4局出狀況，由於始終無法解決洋基開路先鋒賈納(Brett Gardner)，再加上僅僅4局就投出轉戰大聯盟之後單場最多的5次四壞球，僅管飆出本季最快的95哩速球，但投完前4局已經失掉3分，並且用了82球，結果被換下場。

幸好7局上，洋基更換投手，金鶯隊大舉反攻，捕手威特斯(Matt Wieters)、游擊手哈迪(J.J. Hardy)、以及外野手瓊斯(Adam Jones)狂灌7分，反以7比3超前洋基，替陳偉殷的敗投解套。陳偉殷目前個人戰績為7勝7敗，自責分率略升為3.87，金鶯隊戰績為72勝63負，暫列美聯東區第三。
