【綜合報導】香港4個月大花貓「麗麗」上周遭狂徒斬去右腳，案件終有進展。警方昨拘捕一對夫婦，他們涉嫌「殘酷對待動物」。同時，麗麗終於暫時脫離危險期，連日為牠急救的非營利獸醫服務協會執行主席麥志豪，昨晚上傳麗麗的最新照片，指麗麗願意進食，精神也比之前好。

麥志豪對香港《蘋果》表示，麗麗今分開多次自行進食流質食物，低溫和貧血的情況亦大有改善，認為麗麗已經暫時脫離危險期。不過，由於麗麗依然「皮包骨」，他希望麗麗胃口持續改善，「要生多幾磅肉，再安排做手術，移除傷口附近的爛肉。」

最初將麗麗救回診所時，麥志豪曾在臉書留言呼籲大家救救麗麗，隨即有大批網友響應，有人主動向診所捐款，或透過義賣T恤、月餅等物資募款，令麥志豪大感意外。他稱現在不用擔心麗麗的醫療費用，但呼籲市民繼續關注診所內其他同樣需要幫助的動物。

我的另一半就是有很要好的學妹， 長的還不賴，身邊應該不少蒼蠅的那種， 既使學妹已經知道我跟我男友， 他們倆個還是常常line， 某天就好死不死的被我瞧見line的內容， (我是當時在我男友知道的情況下滑了他的手機的...) 像是學妹會問"酒要怎麼喝才比較好喝" 我男友就回"來我家喝..."之類的話 我那次看到line之後，蠻生氣的， 而我男友給的回應是"我是要把學妹介紹給同事的....balabala" "我跟她不可能，因為她也知道我有女朋友了..." 第8屆第4會期立法委員今上午8時報到，民進黨立委黃偉哲搶得頭香，不到6時半就來排隊，民進黨立委陳歐珀、台聯黨團總召許忠信、國民黨團書記長林德福、親民黨立委李桐豪也陸續抵達，前五名各政黨都有人報到。

搶頭香的黃偉哲說，一個會期有一百多天四個月，報到日早起早到，是一個象徵意義，希望新的會期有好的開始，勉勵自己認真問政。

第8屆立法院第4會期今天上午8時報到，民主進步黨籍立委黃偉哲6時30分到立法院等待，搶得頭香。

立法院新會期今、明天進行立委報到程序，前幾名分別是黃偉哲、同黨籍立委陳歐珀、台灣團結聯盟籍立委許忠信、中國國民黨籍立委林德福及親民黨籍立委李桐豪。

黃偉哲說，搶頭香是象徵意義，勉勵自己問政認真。不過，他意外自己6時30分仍能搶到頭香，比起先前幾屆都要前一天夜宿立院才能搶到頭香，他覺得是可喜現象。

民進黨籍立委陳歐珀則帶來「反核，不要讓台灣成為第二個福島」旗幟，在媒體前表達立場。

許忠信這會期擔任台聯黨團總召集人，他說，台聯會對兩岸服務貿易協議、年金改革修法嚴格把關，堅決反對停建核四公民投票案通過，反對電價在台灣電力公司未改革前調漲，替人民監督，反制國會多數暴力。

親民黨籍立委李桐豪則說，各黨派都有人一早報到，代表各黨都有人認真問政，盼全民多給肯定。至於親民黨籌組跨黨派政團進度？李桐豪說，目前狀態是靜止的，沒有任何進展。

新會期擔任國民黨團書記長的林德福說，這會期最重要的是將102年度中央政府總預算案審議通過，其次還要加緊推動服貿協議、停建核四公投及年金改革修法，盼在野黨以蒼生為念，不要杯葛議案審查。

立法院長王金平則在上午9時報到，他說，新會期還是會先進行行政院長江宜樺施政報告及總質詢，最快10月中旬以後才可能處理服貿協議等議案。

 【綜合報導】英國21歲女大學生湯姆森（Megan Thomason），因為豪飲便宜伏特加酒，結果狂嘔24小時，令喉嚨嚴重受損，須留院近一周，險些賠上性命。

就讀於英國赫爾大學的湯姆森，最近與友人到夜店消遣，因為貪便宜，飲了3杯三份伏特加加可樂，每杯僅售2.89鎊（約135元台幣）。未料翌日醒來不斷反胃嘔吐。

雖然她曾服食止嘔丸，但情況未好轉，隨後24小時不斷嘔吐，送院診治。經診斷後，湯姆森證實出現肺氣腫、喉嚨嚴重灼傷、臉頰和頸部腫脹，隨時有窒息的危險。湯姆森住院6天，期間不得進食。湯姆森因今次的教訓，下定決心戒酒。

1年半沒有拿冠軍，喜互惠高球賽前3輪暫居第1的曾雅妮，可惜今天最後一輪失常，打出1個雙柏忌和6個柏忌，最後併列第9名。

總獎金130萬美元（約新台幣3900萬元）的喜互惠（Safeway）高球菁英賽在美國波特蘭開打，包括台灣的曾雅妮、龔怡萍和洪晏瑀（原名洪沁慧）在內的144名選手同場較勁，前兩輪結束後，共有84人取得晉級。

比賽前兩輪，曾雅妮接連打出6字頭佳績，取得晉級後，曾雅妮更在第3輪狂抓11隻小鳥，並以單輪63桿、3輪合計低於標準桿18桿的198桿成績，站上排名第1，有望在睽違近一年半後，再度拿下冠軍。

最後一輪的比賽，曾雅妮從前9洞出發，第1洞平標準桿後，第2洞不幸吞下雙柏忌，接著在第3洞和第4洞再吞下柏忌，所幸在第5洞及時抓下小鳥，穩住局勢，第7洞曾雅妮再抓小鳥，但第9洞又吞柏忌，使她讓出領先。

比賽進入後9洞，曾雅妮眼看同組的挪威女將派特森（Suzann Pettersen）抓下一隻隻的小鳥，越打越急的情況下，讓她不但沒有抓下任何小鳥，還在第10洞、第12洞和第16洞吞下柏忌。

總計曾雅妮在今天抓下2隻小鳥，吞下6個柏忌，還苦吞1個雙柏忌，讓她打出高於標準桿6桿的78桿成績，同時也以4天合計低於標準桿12桿的276桿成績，排名並列第9，爭冠努力功虧一簣。

而派特森今天雖然在第2洞也吞下雙柏忌，但之後她一路抓下8隻小鳥，僅在第16洞吞下柏忌，最後以4天合計低於標準桿20桿的268桿成績抱走冠軍。
