連日大雨造成南台淹大水，南部綠營五縣市首長上午齊聚台南，要求中央繼續編列治水特別預算6年600億元，「頭剃一半不能就這樣丟著」，而針對之前8年800億元治水預算，在這次大雨後被指「預算滅頂」，看不出成效，屏東縣長曹啟鴻及台南市長賴清德都表示，歡迎馬總統及江院長到南部來進行「治水成效之旅」與「治水需要之旅」，就能看出之前的成效，與之後的需求。

標題[請益] 頭髮燙壞掉該怎麼處理

各位版友大家好~ 今天去剪+燙+染,我本身自然捲, 和設計師溝通後決定上面燙直髮尾的部分有點捲度, 在處理完後,因為覺得和事前設計師給我看的圖片有點差距, 加上自己覺得有點太澎,就和設計師反應說能不能再拉直一點我覺得太澎了 設計師說他覺得這樣比較好看如果再拉直會很怪 我就再次表達真的覺得很澎, 但設計師要我回去試試看有問題再回來 回家後仔細看發現髮尾的髮質整個變很差... 而且真的很澎加上毛躁.. 加上工作都要綁馬尾(有和設計師說),我就試綁了一下, 簡直就像一坨刷鍋子的鐵絲... 回來爬文我想這應該就是燙壞掉了吧 目前我遇到的問題是: 1. 造型實在不滿意,澎的很像獅子 2. 髮尾髮質壞掉了,加上中後段很毛更增加了澎度 想請問版友我接下來應該怎麼辦...? 爬文看到不同的解決方法: 1.勤勞的護髮等長長再慢慢剪掉: 但是我現在就不大能接受這個外型,而且等待時間差不多也要半年... 2.請設計師恢復原狀或洗直 想請問版友們洗直就是像離子燙一樣嗎? 是否需要多收錢?(如果今天燙完明天就要求的話) 髮質會不會更加慘烈QQ 3.直接剪短 但我短髮真的很像男生不好看,以前嘗試過很多次, 事後大家都語重心長地跟我說還是留長好... 現在很猶豫到底該怎麼辦QQ 懇請各位版友給我一些建議 實在好難過啊...花了好幾K結果變這樣 髮色染出來也差滿多的不過比起又澎又毛我也不想去計較顏色啦... 感謝大家看完~~懇請幫忙!感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.190.151

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市劉姓女子今年1月幫兒子購屋，仲介告知16年前屋內有人因憂鬱症殺炭自殺，但送醫後才身亡，並於買賣契約中勾選該建物「曾發生凶殺或自殺致死」，劉女不以為意簽約給付訂金150萬。

事後，劉女聽鄰居說該屋屋主9年前在屋內上吊身亡，劉女以仲介隻自未提此事，兒子不願入住為由，要求解除買賣契約，仲介和池姓賣家稱根本不知9年前還有上吊一事，況且已告知有人燒炭是「凶宅」。
 
台中地院傳喚原屋主，才知仲介資訊錯誤搞烏龍，16年前是女主人癌症去世，並非燒炭，9年前則是男主人被逼債上吊自殺，法院指出，賣家須負瑕疵擔保責任，雖然仲介已告知是「凶宅」，但是資訊錯誤仍屬未盡告知義務，判決雙方買賣契約解除，賣家要返還150萬元訂金。

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院中午公布財政部、陸委會、金管會等部會副首長人事案。財政部政務次長由現任金管會常務副主委吳當傑接任，金管會常務副主委由現任證期局局長黃天牧接任；陸委會特任副主委則由政務副主委張顯耀接任，政務副主委由陸委會主秘兼發言人吳美紅接任。

另外，原民會政務副主委由前行政院東部聯合服務中心執行長高揚昇接任；常務副主委則由現任原民會文化園區管理局局長鍾興華接任。但國防部副部長職務，仍未補實。

HTC One 所使用的 Ultra Pixel 鏡頭模組，雖然的確能在低光源下獲得更高的進光量，但在上市之後數月卻傳出了會在低光源處拍出紫光的情況，HTC 尚未對此做出說明，但 xda 上最新流出的 HTC One Android 4.3 韌體被發現可以大幅度改善這個問題。

HTC 今年旗艦手機 HTC One 搭載的 Ultra Pixel 號稱在相同感光元件尺寸下，降低畫素來提昇進光量以增進照相品質以及成功率，但在上市後數月，許多使用者卻發現自己手上的 HTC One 在低光源時拍出來的照片罩上了一層紫霧，嚴重者甚至整張照片完全不可用。

而奇妙的是，紫光大量爆發的時間點大約就在 HTC 收到 Android 4.2 的韌體更新之後，雖然 HTC 沒有確切表達紫光的造成原因（非全部鏡頭都會紫光），但大家紛紛懷疑韌體影響了照相的成像。有趣的是，最近在 xda 論壇上流出的 HTC One Android 4.3 韌體似乎能夠抑制紫光的產生，還它原來面貌，網友拍了刷之前以及刷了 4.3 之後的照片，效果十分顯著。這也表示，如果韌體能夠修正紫光問題的話，那現在如果發現你手上的 HTC One 也中了紫光，可能就先不用急著送修，坐等 4.3 的更新可能也能解決問題。
