【林泊志／宜蘭報導】國立宜蘭特教學校今天舉行開學典禮，為了讓已經放了2個月暑假的學生們收心，並迎接今年的新生，期盼學生們能為及早替未來生涯做努 力，校方舉行進學禮活動，讓學生們親手種下蘭嶼羅漢松的種子，在新學期的開始，種下期盼茁壯的希望幼苗。學生們一早到校，校方就安排「有品123宣導」及 「歌曲帶動跳」，讓學生們玩在一起增加互動，減低疏離感並讓新生克服對新環境的焦慮感。

特教學校校長曾坤祥說，選擇蘭嶼羅漢松是因為它四 季常青、生氣盎然，也希望學生能像羅漢松一樣，對事物保持學習及樂觀面對的心。而透過植物的栽種，可以讓學生們學習如何尊重生命，也能夠愛護自然，從生活 中培養環保觀念，同時透過植物的栽種過程，養成學生負責的態度，內化到自己的生活當中，替自己的行為負責。

【呂志明／台北報導】北市復興實驗高中附設幼兒園林姓老師，疑因入學問題和男子張台光起糾紛，去年10月19日清晨6時許，張男找好友林家弘、林萬豊助陣，到林姓老師住處守候，見林姓老師準備騎機車出時，竟將其安全帽扯下當武器一陣狂毆，造成老師全身多處挫傷、瘀傷，還撂話「你這5天不要出門上班，否則要斷你腳筋」。

事後警方循線找到2名林姓男子，並查出教唆的張男，將3人移送法辦，台北地檢署今依恐嚇、傷害等罪將3人起訴。

【王玉樹／台北報導】在環評初審被做成「不予開發」結論的國道7號，今天在環保署環評大會複審敗部復活！環評委員今天討論審查後最後贊成就「不應開發」與「進入第二階段環評」2案進行投票，結果15個委員有9票支持國7進入第二階段環評，推翻初審結論。交通部可再花1到2年時間就國7開發提出更精細的環境影響評估再送審，這條高速公路仍有重新建造機會。

國道7號主要為紓解高雄港區聯外貨櫃運輸計畫興建，起點為南星計畫區，至仁武與國道10號相銜接，總長23公里，共闢有8個交流道，總投資金額615億元。為求翻案，今天交通部由次長陳建宇親自出馬，會中國工局主張國道1號中山高未來10年一定會飽和，必須透過國7當作第2路廊紓解車流。雖然環團與地方人士不斷在會上發言質疑此條高速公路開發必要、並說明可能反造成高雄市區道路車流回堵與空污影響居民健康，但是最後環評大會仍以9票多數支持，認為此案對環境有重大影響可再進入第二階段環評，讓此案重獲生機。

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】高市1名與警所為鄰的李姓家庭主婦（34歲），受不了警方每天一到固定時段即施放警報聲疲勞轟炸，家中2名幼兒還因此屢受驚擾，只好打1999求助並向《蘋果》投訴。
對此，高市民防管制中心主任王俊生今天說，警報器測試是政府政策且已行之有年，會針對這起個案，先調整李女住家對面警所施放時間，另警界同仁也反應減少施放天數，以減少民怨，會蒐集同仁意見，向上級反應。

那這麼說來HONDA的七檔位自排設計也挺妙的 P R N D4 D3 2 1 (早期四速的是長這樣) P R N D D3 2 1 (現在五速的是這樣) 所以他的D3跟OD off意思一樣囉 我是只有開過四速的 D3通常拿來山路用 平地用D3..當然會跑比較慢XD...其它差異好像沒很大(Accord) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.13.127.144

※ 引述《lalabass (日)》之銘言： : 不好意思~ : 小弟開1999 美規 cololla 1.8 : 網路稍微查了一下 : 有人說o/d off 燈亮是開啓 : 也有人說 燈亮是關閉 : 好像車不同 自然也不一樣 : 想請問各位大哥 : 我這台到底是 燈亮是開啓 : 還是 燈亮是關閉 : 拜託請幫忙解答我的迷惑@@ 前面kasulaku大寫的就很清楚了，google一下就知道。 小弟在這邊稍微延伸解釋一下： O/D，就是Over Drive，也就是超比檔，也就是齒輪比低於1.0的檔位， 通常是用在高速檔上，以達成較低轉速維持較高速度的目的； 以escape為例：http://www.ford.com.tw/suvs/escape/specification/spec-data 往下看到齒輪比的部分， 一/二/三/四/R 分別為 2.800/1.540/1.000/0.700/2.333 其中第四檔齒輪比為0.700，因此第四檔就屬於O/D。 所以O/D off，顧名思義就是「關閉超比檔」， 以escape為例，就是將檔位限制在三檔以內，不會進到第四檔(超比檔)； 目的如同kasulaku大所述，透過將檔位最高限制在三檔，使三檔的轉速可以向上延伸， 因為引擎最大出力通常落在更高轉速 (例如escape最大馬力為157ps/6000轉，最大扭力為20.4kg-m/4000轉) 但一般自排變速箱在D檔時大約3000轉左右(或以內)就會升檔， 因此藉由O/D off，讓三檔的轉速可以繼續向上延伸，得以達到引擎最大出力。 在使用上，會比較可以靈活運用，比較不會被超比檔的低轉速限制住， 也因此會有人拿來當超車檔用。(不過也有人是D檔直接大腳強迫降檔就是) 而因為O/D off不同於D檔，是非正常狀態 (會造成轉速偏高，比較耗油等狀況) (以escape為例，D檔會一路上到四檔，O/D off狀態則會維持在三檔以內) 所以O/D off鈕按下時，大部分的車儀錶板會亮起「O/D off」的燈號提醒駕駛。 但因為國內常常把「O/D off」簡稱為「O/D檔」， 「按下O/D off」則被稱為「開啟O/D檔」，但這語意又和「off」字眼有點矛盾， 常常會造成誤會 (例如以為O/D off燈亮才是關閉此功能) 所以有些車會改用其他字眼或燈號來表示 (如teana以「sport」燈號來表示) 因此回到原po的問題，可以如此回答： 按下O/D off鈕 → O/D off燈亮 → 超比檔(第四檔)關閉 → 功能開啟 限制在第三檔 轉速拉高提高出力 再按O/D off鈕 → O/D off燈滅 → 超比檔(第四檔)開放 → 恢復正常D檔模式 得以進入第四檔 轉速降低 參考看看。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.45.71
