國道7號敗部復活　進入二階環評

【王玉樹／台北報導】在環評初審被做成「不予開發」結論的國道7號，今天在環保署環評大會複審敗部復活！環評委員今天討論審查後最後贊成就「不應開發」與「進入第二階段環評」2案進行投票，結果15個委員有9票支持國7進入第二階段環評，推翻初審結論。交通部可再花1到2年時間就國7開發提出更精細的環境影響評估再送審，這條高速公路仍有重新建造機會。

國道7號主要為紓解高雄港區聯外貨櫃運輸計畫興建，起點為南星計畫區，至仁武與國道10號相銜接，總長23公里，共闢有8個交流道，總投資金額615億元。為求翻案，今天交通部由次長陳建宇親自出馬，會中國工局主張國道1號中山高未來10年一定會飽和，必須透過國7當作第2路廊紓解車流。雖然環團與地方人士不斷在會上發言質疑此條高速公路開發必要、並說明可能反造成高雄市區道路車流回堵與空污影響居民健康，但是最後環評大會仍以9票多數支持，認為此案對環境有重大影響可再進入第二階段環評，讓此案重獲生機。
