【綜合報導】美國一名前高中老師、54歲男子朗伯德(Stacey Dean Rambold)涉嫌在2008年性侵一名14歲女學生莫拉蕾絲(Cherice Morales)，而莫拉蕾絲在2010年自殺身亡，但本周一法官判決該案，竟判決朗伯德坐牢僅30天，引發全美民眾公憤。

當地媒體報導指出，朗伯德至少性侵莫拉蕾絲達3次，原本他的罪行應該被判處15年有期徒刑，但法官鮑夫(Todd Baugh)卻在本周一的宣判庭，判朗伯德坐牢30天，莫拉蕾絲的母親聽到判決後，當庭大罵法官「人渣」後憤而離席，鮑夫現在也因此成為全民公敵。

鮑夫昨日向媒體說：「我真的是笨蛋，我做錯了。」他向社會大眾表達歉意，但目前已經有1萬人連署要求鮑夫辭職。

【綜合報導】國道計程收費年底上路，但當上路的那一天，也是近千名國道收費員失業的開始。

據今天出刊《時報周刊》報導，高公局及遠通原本說好安置計畫，只是「幫忙」投履歷，其他的都不管，而且每天「限投」3份履歷，許多收費員離職到市場擺攤。竹田收費站的鄭姓收費員，更是壓力大到選擇結束生命，同事透露，小鄭是家中經濟支柱，每次站上臨時要加班，他總是第一個跳出來。這兩年都有通過郵局考試的第一關，想轉去當郵差，但體能階段被刷下來，可能因為這樣才想不開。

立委蔡其昌批評，遠通應保障收費員的就業，不容許玩文字遊戲，交通部應硬起來，捍衛收費員的工作權。

堅持忠於原味的有堅持的人，而我大概是你們口中說的非得後製才敢端上檯面的那款人...

先撇開攝影是否後不後製、照片是否該忠於原始、拍攝技巧、器材設備...等 ，

我先來說說看我自己為何這樣做的理由...

↓↓↓現在看到的這張照片，就是我在拍攝之前 已經在Canon 6D 機身上更改設定為
【自動風格、銳利7、飽和1、對比1 】然後拍下來的一張照片。

其實我拍的是RAW檔，但是在前置作業時，在機身上動手腳 某種程度也算是後製的一種吧。
所以其實基本上就很難去界定這吧...

好，要原始是吧，我就把所有數據歸零到機身預設給你們。
【標準風格 對比0 飽和0 銳利3】(因為我是拍RAW 所以可以把數據歸零)

這...老實說真的要原始就是長的這副模樣...

也許到這裡還是有人喜歡原味的FU，但是好不好看這問題本來就是很主觀的，也許你喜歡的別人未必會喜歡呀，

所以我因為喜歡色彩些濃郁鮮豔些，所以在機身設定上有所更動，然後再針對部分可以改善的地方做補強

其實就是利用lightroom 把暗的地方弄亮、把亮的地方拉回來一些，讓整張照片的反差不至於這麼大，看起來舒服些~

嚴格說起來...我就是那種100%一定要加工才敢PO出來 你們口中說的愛後製的那款人 (我自己對號入座...)

P.S 其實我是怕繳原始那種照片給我老婆，以後應該很難申請到買新鏡頭吧...哈哈。
