【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】震驚全國醃頭分屍案，涉重嫌死者陳婉婷的二哥陳佳富(36歲)，上次法院首度開庭，他因口吐白沬沉睡，致庭訊停止；今天再度開庭，法官特別請精神科醫師蒞庭，並請消防隊救護車待命。陳佳富應訊時否認變裝到嘉義丟人頭是他，不時將衣服拉起擦臉，或用手不停的捲著大腿的褲子，或吐吐舌頭。醫師說，陳有「人格解離」現象類似靈魂出竅。

陳佳富（36歲）被嘉義檢方以殺人罪嫌起訴，並求處極刑。上月底地院開庭，陳佳富突然口吐白沬沉睡「裝死」，讓大家傻眼。法官張志偉為避免歷史重演，特別請嘉義長庚醫院精神科醫師周士雍到庭。今天庭訊重點在勘驗，3月13日凌晨4點半到晚上8點半的錄影畫面，法官說，他認為畫面中人是陳佳富，但陳否認。

周士雍表示，陳的情況是罕見現象，陳從小是受虐兒，22歲自殺多次，他在心臟和手腕都有多道傷痕，他表示活的很痛苦。周醫師認為，他用「精神解離」，來防衛，逃避不快。之前兩度到看守所與陳面談，並做「解離」量表測驗；他認為「睜眼說瞎話不是那麼容易」，陳有可能有「精神解離」，嚴重的話會出現多重人格。對此，律師和陳都希望再做一次精神鑑定，法官裁示待合議庭評議之後，再決定是否另送精神鑑定。

【綜合報導】玻利維亞東部城市聖克魯斯一所監獄今日發生幫派鬥爭，幫派因「爭地盤」在監獄內縱火及燃燒汽油罐，造成多人傷亡。

據監獄總監蘭奴斯(Ramiro Llanos)透露，衝突造成至少29人死亡、約50人受傷，其中35人的傷勢較為嚴重。警方先前表示有15人死亡，但死亡人數隨後上升，而警長阿拉辛拿(Jorge Aracena)表示情況已受到控制。
