賴不滿南鐵比大埔 李鴻源：從未評論個案 http://n.yam.com/rti/politics/20130822/20130822700721.html 內政部長李鴻源日前指苗栗大埔與台南鐵路地下化是「兩個很類似的徵收案」 ，引發台南市長賴清德不滿。對此，李鴻源今天(22日)表示，他從頭到尾都沒 有針對個案評論，只是強調土地徵收是推動國家重大工程的重要手段，不可輕 言廢除。 苗栗大埔案引發民間激烈抗爭，內政部長李鴻源日前提到台南鐵路地下化建設 ，並表示這和大埔案是很類似的「土地徵收案」，引發台南市長賴清德不滿， 批評李鴻源是「圍魏救趙」，要拖台南市下水。 對此，李鴻源22日澄清，表示他從頭到尾都沒有評論大埔或台南的案子，更沒 有要把誰拖下水的意思。他的談論重點是無論一般徵收或區段徵收，都是政府 進行重大公共工程的必要手段，因此不可輕言廢除。他說：『(原音)我從頭到 尾就沒有要把誰拖下水的意思，我想一個是一般徵收、一個是區段徵收，我強 調的就是說土地徵收是做重大工程的必要手段，不能輕言廢除。事實上，我的 重點是在談這塊，我從頭到尾沒有comment(評論)台南市的案子，沒有comment 大埔的案子，所以我想應該是有點誤會吧！』 李鴻源表示，內政部將把大埔當做案例，與全國地政專家學者分批座談，徵詢 他們的專業意見，並邀集相關部會、地方政府及需地機關，就整起案件通盤檢 討。 針對外界要求修正土地徵收條例，李鴻源也再度強調，可以討論是否有再次修 法的必要，但重點是修法方向必須符合大眾及小眾的利益，並讓需地機關能夠 完成工程進度；若修正後的條例讓許多工程無法推動，這絕非國家之福。 此外，針對聲援大埔的抗議民眾在臉書上發起「萬人自首」活動，李鴻源說， 警察有義務針對違反集會遊行法及破壞公署等行為進行蒐證，並提交檢調單位 ，相關做法沒有針對性，至於民眾要怎麼做，是他們的權利。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 190.90.2.30

  • NBA三屆灌籃冠軍羅賓森及金塊隊啦啦隊拜訪胡市長

三屆NBA全明星週灌籃大賽冠軍，綽號「跳豆」的金塊隊球員羅賓森(Nate Robinson)，23日跟魔術隊啦啦隊一同拜會臺中市長胡志強，胡市長當場致贈臺中名產太陽餅、鳳梨酥及限量版太陽餅公仔。羅賓森第一次來臺推廣籃球運動，24日將在大遠百主持「NBA3X三對三全國決賽」，親自示範並教導灌籃技巧。

身高175公分的灌籃高手羅賓森表示，此次來臺灣與許多小朋友互動，毫無保留將所學全部傳授。他也以自身為例鼓勵小朋友，不管身高如何，都可以很有成就。

胡市長表示，自己在高中之前是籃球校隊，在擔任外交部長之前，一直持續打籃球，所以對籃球並不陌生。他非常感謝羅賓森的到訪，讓許多喜愛籃球的小朋友非常開心外，對推廣籃球運動也十分有幫助。

陪同羅賓森的悍創運動行銷公司董事長張運智表示，這次前來拜會市長，希望以後可以將原汁原味的NBA熱身賽移師臺中舉辦，一同推廣臺中市的基層籃球運動。他並致贈胡市長今年10月13日於臺北小巨蛋舉行的NBA溜馬對火箭全球賽門票兩張，邀請胡市長與夫人一起到場看球賽。

羅賓森這次在颱風天飛抵臺灣，24日於臺中大遠百主持「NBA3X三對三全國決賽」，除將擔任灌籃大賽評審之外，還將親自示範並指導籃球運動技巧，賽終辦理簽名握手會。

甫與金塊隊簽約的羅賓森身高雖僅175公分，但憑藉他出色的運動能力與後天的努力，在巨人如林的NBA中，仍分別在2006年、2009年、2010年取得三屆NBA全明星週冠籃大賽冠軍的殊榮，成為NBA史上首位擁有三座灌籃大賽冠軍的球員。

美中成立小組處理台美軍售　國防部否認

【王烱華／台北報導】國防部今天表示，馬英九總統上任以來，採取低調、零意外的務實原則推動華美關係，迄今我對美軍購總額已達183億美元，足證雙方互信基礎穩固。國防部指出，今年6月「歐習會」時，美國歐巴馬總統再次明確表達，基於《台灣關係法》與對台一貫承諾，會持續提供台灣自我防衛需求，顯示美「中」兩國軍事交流或發展，並未影響台美軍事交流合作。

《聯合報》今天報導「美國與中國將成立工作小組處理對台軍售」一事，國防部上午以新聞稿的方式，否認這篇報導，國防部並強調，該項訊息「經查證，並非事實」。

國防部表示，「中共近年來持續推動軍事現代化發展，且迄今未宣布放棄武力犯台，對台兵力部署也未改變。我國建構堅實的自我防衛武力，有助於台海和平，並做為我政府與中共對等協商的堅強後盾。」

各位好，因為最近獲得了觀音地區某公司的offer 未來可能會進到那裡工作也說不定，因此來拜個碼頭 雖說是在工業區內，但其實離東元公司比較近，中山路二段接一段那附近 用google規劃了一下發現離中壢火車站約30分鐘車程（汽車的，但我個人是騎機車） 蒐集了一些資料後發現在新坡、新屋或草漯租屋可能比較理想 但我個人也沒有什麼底 如果單就飲食、交通這兩點來看的話 要在哪裡租屋比較方便呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.245.77 ※ smart1988:轉錄至看板 Taoyuan 08/24 01:44
