新北市賣場周邊宅 抗跌緩漲

【張菱育／台北報導】隨著現代人工作型態改變，傳統市場已逐漸被24小時營業的大賣場取代，根據全國不動產企研室觀察，全台5都人口中密集最高的新北市，大賣場成為支撐房價的重要因素，其中鄰近新店家樂福的寶橋路西側，中古公寓每坪平均33~40萬元，但反觀東側因鄰近寶橋工業區，房價較低，東西兩側價差超過3成。 全國不動產新店北新捷運店店長吳世昌表示，新店家樂福周邊的中興路、寶橋路，和大坪林商圈同屬新店房價高端區，高於行政區成交均價逾1成。根據加盟店成交資料顯示，新成屋平均每坪55~65萬元，中古大樓每坪40~50萬元，中古公寓每坪33~40萬元，而寶橋路東側多為老舊公寓，每坪25~30萬元。

從那次燙到現在 真的完全沒有一個人相信我有燙! 更別說主動發現了 同事最近想燙捲 selina居然跟她報價「燙髮尾+瀏海+髮根=2000」 沒有生日折扣 而且這位同事髮長過腰 我打電話去詢問 selina只一直重複「如果不滿意可以再過來，會幫你整理好」 吹整確實是他們的強項 但是光是吹整可以維持多久? 我現在只想剪掉看起來根本只是髮質差亂翹的髮尾啊... 另外 當初燙髮尾確實只有髮尾上藥劑和髮捲 並非整頭處理 他們洗頭和護髮費用也是另外算的 燙起來有絕美嗎? 沒有啊!!! 到底為什麼要4200? ※ 引述《your3105 (汽水)》之銘言： : 在同事推薦下去了位於台中益民廣場附近的「川庭」 : 這週末要過生日了，剛好收到川庭傳簡訊來，通知生日染燙護都7折 : 也不敢輕易嘗試新的店，今天就又去了川庭 : 我一樣很明確傳達我的想法： : １、補染 : ２、髮尾燙一個大捲，不要內彎，要很大一捲蓬鬆自然的，有內有外的捲 : 設計師是selina，她聽完後問：「你要不要也燙一下瀏海？讓它有個弧度。」 : 我：「沒關係，瀏海我自己吹就好了。」 : 當他直接要開始時，我主動問了全部的消費金額 : selina才說要去算一下，離開一會兒後告訴我：「打完折是2960。」 : 我：「喔！2960嗎？」 : selina：「對啊，因為你只有燙髮尾。」 : 工程進行了4個小時多，我卻得到像自然捲的小弧度髮尾 : 真的很像髮尾不小心QQ的，有的地方甚至幾乎沒彎度，根本不是什麼蓬鬆大捲 : 我委婉的說：「恩...我本來是想要大捲一點的感覺」 : selina立刻回答我：「你要那樣要剪短才行。」（那為什麼一開始不告訴我辦不到？） : 我：「那沒有什麼整理方法可以比較接近那樣嗎？」 : selina：「那就要用烘罩烘了。」 : 我只好無奈的準備結帳 : 想不到結帳時，櫃檯的另一名男設計師遞上單子：「今天的消費是3960。」 : 我：「不是說2960嗎？？？」 : 男設計師：「因為燙髮是4200，補染是1000，打7折後是3960。」 : selina也過來拿計算機算給我看： : 「燙髮4200，補染1000，打7折...喔！是3940，算錯了。」男設計師趕快塗改。 : 我：「可是一開始不是跟我說2900多嗎？」 : selina：「呃...可能是我們溝通上有一些誤會，可能你剛剛...這樣子。」 : 我：「你是說我剛剛聽錯了嗎？」 : selina：「對。」 : 我看了一下那張單子，上面勾了"燙髮"和"局部染髮"，但下面還有個"局部燙髮"的選項： : 「所以燙髮尾不算局部燙髮嗎？」 : selina：「對，我們是燙瀏海，或燙一些局部才算局部燙。 : 然後你的話是算超長髮，所以是4200，打7折。」 : 我：「不是只有燙髮尾嗎？這樣就算整頭了？(而且跟髮長有關嗎？我頭髮也不長啊！)」 : selina：「呃...對..因為我們都是整頭都有作處理的這樣子。 : 不然算你中長髮，這樣是3800打7折，總共3660。」 : 老實說，先不論燙出來不是我要的，過程中我實在沒感覺到燙髮尾有處理到整頭啊！ : 不管是修剪、上藥劑還有燙，明明都只有弄髮尾啊！ : 再說不管長度如何，髮尾不都只有那一段嗎？ : 回家後，我怎麼算3800+1000打7折都不是3660啊，又打電話去問，剛好是selina接的 : 他才跟我說補染沒打折.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.11.8 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
