世銀專家背書無效 印度盧比再破歷史新低

世界銀行首席經濟學家Kaushik Basu 19日發言力挺印度總理辛格(Manmohan Singh)，表示印度外匯存底充沛，無需向國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)求援。

路透社和華爾街日報報導，總理辛格上週六(17日)表示，2,790億美元的外匯存底將足以協助國家渡過近20年來最嚴重的經濟危機；印度不會重蹈覆轍，再次爆發「國際收支平衡危機(Balance of Payment crisis)」。

1991年，印度一度瀕臨破產，無力償還主權債，被迫空運黃金擔保品換取IMF的貸款援助，當時外匯存底僅夠支付15天的進口債款。辛格說如今情況遠勝當時，現在外匯存底足以因應6-7個月的進口債款。

然而兩人的保證不足以阻擋股匯市的強大賣壓。嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價顯示，台北時間晚上8點51分為止，盧比再次跌破歷史新低，美元兌印度盧比大漲2.92%、至63.450。5月底以來，盧比在亞洲貨幣中表現一直敬陪末座；印度經常帳赤字過去一年來急劇升高，市場擔憂1991年危機重演，是盧比走貶的元兇之一。

印度SENSEX指數延續上週跌勢，19日大跌1.56%至18,307.52點，為4月12日以來的收盤新低。印度股市方於上週五(16日)慘跌3.97%、單日跌幅創2011年9月22日以來之最。

Basu原本是印度的首席經濟顧問，去年才轉赴世界銀行就職。他認為印度基本面強健，儘管上一會計年度經濟成長創10年新低、僅有5%，卻仍是全球發展最快的國家之一。但他也警告，印度經濟恐怕還會進一步放緩，之後才有望止跌回升。

嗯...我不是剛畢業的年輕人，我是搭著接近末班車要出去的人， 工作算起來也有三年，預計九月要去打工渡假了 在此之前我完全沒出過國...最遠只去過小琉球 我想提出我的一點點"打工渡假"心得,雖然我還沒出發 但我覺得在準備的過程...其實人就有在轉變了 這是沒出發前的我所始料未及的!!! --- 1.溝通能力: 怎麼讓家人願意讓我"獨自"出發， 不是隨便拋下一句"我要去打工渡假"可以唐塞過去的， 這中間你需要學會去告訴她們會面對的狀況、安撫她們的心情， 告訴她們這趟旅程的目的，你會有哪些計畫等... 這中間的溝通...不會比與同事間溝通來得輕鬆 2.獨立自主: 因為我是全程自己去， 所以，從下定決心你就要自己找方法、管道，閱讀並整理資料... 中間你還得自己去辦理一些證件，跑銀行、監理站、健保局、勞保局... 沒離開辦公桌的我，怎麼可能會想到沒事去這些地方? 因為有去打工渡假的念頭，我學會怎麼看匯差、買旅支、買機票等 以前覺得自己一個人可能做不來的事或不會做甚至不太關心的民生問題， 因為這個小小念頭，一夕間全都搞清楚了 3.查找資料能力: 沒錯，在此之前我不知道我那麼會整理資料甚至交叉比對!(我學設計的) 要在短時間內把資訊吸收再消化分類，進而把整理的資訊分享給需要的人作交流 無形中也擴大朋友圈 以上幾點，也許對很多人來說，沒什麼! 尤其對於英語能力不錯的人，這只是基本功 但對於英語不ok且甚至到鴨子聽雷的我，這需要莫大的勇氣 不只是因為我想去見見外面的世界或是夢想這麼單純， 我想這也是這幾年來我給自己的小小挑戰囉 我不怕回台後沒企業主不敢用我， 因為我想還沒踏出台灣的我就已經慢慢的發現到自己的淺能 踏到異地，我想淺能更容易因地制宜 愛因斯坦曾說: "不是所有可以計算的東西都是有價值的，也不是所有有價值的東西都是可以被計算的" 打工渡假對某些人來說也許浪費時間，但至少對我來說 我覺得他是個開發淺能的歷練 人生不設限，有障礙的地方就有故事跟希望囉^^ 以上是我的一些小小對打工渡假所親身體驗到1/3的感想 ※ 引述《rene (rene)》之銘言： : ※ 引述《nixojov (布咕布咕)》之銘言： : : 現在還有很多剛畢業的年輕人，每個人都想去國外打工 : : 但是你們有想過一個問題嗎？妳回來之後，妳會什麼？？ : : 大家最常聽到的就是一口流利的英文，對，沒錯，一口流利的英文 : : 但是英文流利真的在職場上有用嗎？ : : 今天你留學回來了，去考多益、托福、博思，你會考幾分呢？？ : 出國是否能夠帶來其他的附加價值或專業能力容後再議 : 但如果真能帶來一口流利的英文，絕對比你上面那一排英文考試有用很多 : 說實話，包含我自己在內以及身旁所有同學 : 面試過各領域的外商公司 : (GS, JP Morgan, P&G, IBM, HSBC, Citi, SAP, TI, DHL, Nestle, 3M) : 還沒真看過會在意多益或是托福分數的.... : 語言是用來溝通的工具，管你考幾分 : 當場一段對談，個案討論或是簡報，程度在哪裡就一目了然了，不是嗎? : : 你去從國外回來，有許多人發現，自己在國外常常在說的英文 : : 再工作上，完全用不上，為什麼?? : : 很簡單，因為去國外打工的，只會交談，並不會其它的 : : 但是多益、托福、博思、當然不會只考你交談而已 : : 再者，要是真的有心的人，在家裡努力讀半年英文，基本上 : : 程度應該不輸給在國外打工的人 : : 我們再來談工作性質，去國外打工不外乎服務業、農場、餐廳、一些基本勞工的工作 : : 這種工作對妳回來台灣，職場上的幫助有多大呢？要是妳今天回來還是要做服務業 : : 或是基層的工作，那就另當別論 : : 我覺得現在很多人，都不知道自己的人生方向，最後選擇了逃避 : : 等到回到現實時，卻還只是在原點而已 : : 最後有個問題想問大家，要是我今天在台灣努力讀半年的英文，並且考多益 : : 再找一份自己畢業相關科系的工作，你的薪水會是多少呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.114.181.187

最近中華的大省方案看起來非常划算 (自己最近打算共省 -> 大省) 主要想問的是, 爸媽都中華的, 都不需要上網功能, 最近都可以續約了 主要通話費一個583(或更高一級的) 一個383(或183) 想問說 拿去續大省方案拿手機出來賣 還是單純直接續約583 跟 383的通話合約(不知道這樣有甚麼優惠) 不知道這兩種哪一個比較划算 還是另外有大家推薦的方案 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.21.242

-------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------- 不管你要問什麼，都別忘了附上『高雄點』 (我是高雄人和我曾住在高雄不能當高雄點喔) 昨晚跟閃光去環球影城看了一部電影 片名是總舖師 內容真的是笑中帶淚 很推薦大家去支持國片 裡頭講關於煮菜的故事 其中提到了一部菜 叫做白菜滷 印象中只有小時候才吃過 一湯匙澆在白飯上 可以連吃好幾碗 那跟現在我們一般再賣肉燥飯或雞肉飯的那種白菜滷完全不一樣 味道沒那麼鹹 口感也溫厚很多 當兵的時候倒是有吃過類似的調理包 只是不知道現在的高雄哪裡還找得到 比如小攤販或是路邊攤 (或是家裡的長輩會煮的XD) 有沒有鄉民有看過這部電影知道我所說的那道菜 或是你的印象中有在哪裡吃過這樣菜呢 如果有 可否請你推文推薦我 或是站內信給我也行 如果明天颱風天 沒下大雨 你又沒事的話 那我們可以相揪一起去吃 讓我招待你一下唷! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.174.41.215

: 幾年前也遇過 : 那個時候還是學生只有腳踏車 : 有一個人 : 在右昌那邊放學要閃回家的時候 : 一個看起來很像路邊小吃店會看到那種大叔 : 騎機車跑到我旁邊說沒錢加油要我借錢給他 : 還問我學校在那我一定報答你的大恩大得八拉八拉 : 我當時直接裝死騎走結果下個紅燈他又騎過來在盧 : 我抱著怕麻煩的心態給了他50 : 結果他又說 :少年ㄟ 不太夠欸 : 當下懶的鳥他直接騎去右昌派出所那邊就沒在追了 : 這種人跟他說找警察他就怕到閃了 : 就是有這種把人家愛心當自己買酒打網咖錢的人 : 大家也不用怕什麼還是良心不安的 警察局在那裡直接說 : 真正有困難的人就跟你說謝謝走過去了 : 真的看不起這樣騙人的____ 先讓我把地點帶到台北T___T 之前曾經有次急著出台北車站跟人回合 碰到位"好心人士"和我解說東門怎麼走!! 當下心情真的灑花外加亂感動一把 結果對方開口說 要搭電車需要個七十塊 我說 那麼我和你去警察局借好不好 "我覺得這樣很麻煩" "我覺得這樣很麻煩" "我覺得這樣很麻煩" "我覺得這樣很麻煩" ...然後我就掏出七十塊"救"他..... 好啦好啦我知道我超笨 囧 當時急著走出去 也不想多想他是不是騙子了 Orz 雖然80%是... 但是當時連個站務員都找不到 只能自我安慰是問路費 後來在高雄車站碰到這個情況 要借一百塊搭回屏東 我這次很堅持XD 說 我陪你去借 因為我也是外地人 旅費花光了!! 對方就說那我自己去借就好 他再拜託別人 就這麼跑掉了 顆顆 不過也曾經一樣在高雄車站出站有一位男孩兒問我 可以將手機借他嗎？ 他的皮夾手機在南下火車中被扒了 只要讓他能打電話給媽媽就好 ...正常好像應該也是帶他到服務處齁？ 應該沒這麼倒楣吧？ 我就抱持著這種心態- -" 我就站在票閘口有台鐵服務處人員的地方幫他按好號碼再遞給他 (一方面也真怕他手機一拿就跑掉) 幸好是真的有困擾的遊客(咦?) 印象中他好像真的慌了 他媽媽似乎狠狠詰了他一頓XD(看反應) 就再帶他到一樓大廳台鐵服務處 可是服務處的人叫他要到警察局借O_O!! 再陪他走到長明派出所 囧rz 長明派出所的警員真的很好心 因為剛好中午了 問我們吃了沒 連我的便當都順便買了XDDD 我的印象好像他是借了一千塊 之後就把他帶回車站丟在那(誤)我就走了 雖然我不是高雄人 但希望他覺得高雄人都很NICE 下次錢包別再掉了 因為我也曾經在當學生要搭15元的電車回家時 發生身上只剩10塊囧 只好跟旁邊也在投車票的人借五塊的情況T___T 也真的是騙子猖獗 沒想到我還問了兩個人才有人借我... 當時要是沒那五塊 我真的會選擇在夏天中午12點多走路回學校Orz 因為我也沒勇氣問第三個人了Q_Q 那真的是防中暑錢啊 囧 如果時間允許 我會願意自己花一點時間幫助對方 要是是騙子 聽到警察局三個字就跑得遠遠的了 顆顆 -- ◢ ◣ 啊哈哈哈哈～ ◢██◣ ● ‧ ▅ ▅▏ 來追我啊～ ◤◥◥█ ˙ ． ∵∵ ＋ ﹢ ╯ ╰ ◥ ﹒ ▲▲▲▲▲ ︿◥ ∴◤ ╳ × ◥▼ ◤ ▕╧╤╧╤◎▉ ╱ ︿ ╯ ╯ ▼▼▼▼▼ ﹀ φ nonoise ﹀ ╲ 『浪漫之追逐』 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.137.163

面對監察院紛擾，總統馬英九今（19）日表示，昨已致電監察院長王建煊表示關心，希望王建煊能「多擔待一些」。

王建煊日前指出，監委一職多為「酬庸」，並針對基隆市長張通榮涉及酒駕關說案二度彈劾未過，氣憤表示「監察院若不能伸張正義，關門比較好」。

對此，馬英九說，昨日上午跟王建煊通電話，兩人是老朋友，他特別說明，「監察院是憲法上的獨立機關，行使職權是不受外界干涉的，所以我不是要來干涉監察院內部事務，我只是覺得，這事情這樣再發展下去，對監察院是非常不利的」。

馬英九強調，王建煊為院長，「在這些議題上要多擔待一點」，他特別表達關心之意，只是如此而已，沒有其他意思。

馬英九日前受訪說，當初在提名監委時是否有酬庸，恐怕是很大的誤會，因為實在不需要去酬庸任何東西，主要是要看，能不能發揮功能。

救護人員到場後這名不幸男子仍宣告不治，喜事成了喪事。過程都被一旁參加的賓客拍了下來，讓人不勝唏噓。
