一名人妻子日前在家裡用電腦時，意外發現丈夫和小三的親密合照和性愛影片，氣得當場「腦充血」。該名人妻憤而用手機翻拍，並到警局報案提告妨害家庭。警方表示還好電腦是夫妻共用，否則恐涉及妨害秘密罪。

這起妻子在電腦內發現丈夫外遇照片和性愛影片的案件，發生在高雄市。30歲的陳姓女子是全職的家庭主婦，月初在和老公共用的電腦內，發現一個新資料夾，裡面有數個影音檔和照片檔，根據《蘋果日報》報導，陳女打開一看，竟是老公和小三的親密照和性愛影片。

陳女看完之後，當場氣得差點「腦充血」，但仍不忘用手機對著電腦翻拍照片和性愛影片，隨即前往警局提告妨害家庭。陳女作筆錄時還氣得直說「做愛姿勢拍得一清二楚，氣死人！」

警方偵訊時告訴陳女，這樣的動作其實有風險，如果該台電腦是老公專用，恐會觸犯妨害秘密罪。所幸陳女表示該電腦都放在客廳，2人共用，才消除警方疑慮，警方近日將會傳喚陳女丈夫和小三到案說明。

【吳家翔／台北報導】監察院內訌檯面化，總統馬英九今在聖克里斯多福表示，他昨晚致電監察院長王建煊，盼王能多擔待，監委馬以工表示，「我覺得他（王）基本上應該聽得懂吧！在聽不懂，就要請補習班老師來幫他補習了，希望他聽得懂。」王建煊今請假未上班。

擬定19名監委聯合聲明的監委吳豐山表示，他沒有意見。監委葛永光表示，他之前就認為，總統應適時介入，因為院內協調機制已經失靈，現在只有總統講話，王才有可能聽得下去，他樂見此事發展。

監委錢林慧君表示，監委們是非常理性的，王有意見應該與大家溝通，大家又不是三歲小孩，不是像王動輒情緒性發言，她還是呼籲王能知所進退。
