監察院上午第二度對涉酒駕關說的基隆市長張通榮提出彈劾案，但經提案監察委員楊美鈴、程仁宏力爭，審查會經過第二度研討，仍然未通過彈劾。

【中央社╱台北13日電】基隆市長張通榮涉關說縱放酒駕婦女，監察院今天二度召開彈劾審查會，但彈劾案依舊沒通過；依程序，監院無法再就此提彈劾。

張通榮去年9月被控涉關說縱放酒駕廖姓婦人，遭檢方起訴。監委楊美鈴、程仁宏7月5日曾提案彈劾張通榮，但當時彈劾審查會以4票對8票，未過關。

楊美鈴、程仁宏今天二度提案彈劾，彈劾案還是沒過關。

楊美鈴受訪時說，「我努力過了，我真希望有第3次」，但遺憾的是，監察院機制沒有第3次彈劾，此案只能到此為止，將來她提調查報告時會再努力，看如何在機制面把關說的負面行為導正。

張通榮被控關說縱放酒駕婦女，基隆地方法院7月26日以教唆公務員縱放職務上應逮捕之人，處刑1年8月，緩刑5年；緩刑期內付保護管束，並應向公庫支付新台幣200萬元，及提供200小時的義務勞務，全案可上訴。

【大紀元2013年08月13日訊】當地時間8月9至11日，作為迪士尼粉絲博覽會的第三屆D23展會（D23 Expo）在洛杉磯安納海姆市會展中心舉行。迪士尼麾下的三大動畫工作室皮克斯、迪士尼動畫和迪士尼TOON分別發佈了近期新片計劃、配音陣容及多款概念圖和劇照。10日，在新片《瑪琳菲森》（Maleficent）宣傳會上，女主角安吉麗娜·朱莉（Angelina Jolie）滿面春風地登臺，和大眾分享了拍攝中的趣事。朱莉說，在片場，只有自己的小女兒沒被她的反派造型嚇到。

朱莉回憶說：「小孩子們會來到片場，我心想『噢，我現在是個迪士尼人物了』，就走過去跟他們打招呼說『Hi』。結果小傢伙們失聲尖叫，有個小孩甚至說：『媽媽，請你讓這個壞女巫別再和我講話……』」不過，有一個小孩沒被她的反派扮相嚇壞，那是朱莉和皮特的小女兒薇薇安（Vivienne），在片中她扮演幼年睡美人，朱莉說：「我女兒是唯一一個看到我沒有尖叫的四歲小孩。」

朱莉的另外兩個孩子——八歲的帕克斯（Pax）和七歲的扎哈拉（Zahara）也在片中露臉。不過孩子們並未現身宣傳會，「這會兒他們在附近公園裡玩呢」。

《瑪琳菲森》改編自經典童話《睡美人》，講述女巫瑪琳菲森因未受邀參加奧羅拉公主的生日宴而懷恨在心，詛咒公主在16歲生日那天被紡錘刺死，紫丁香仙女施法術救了公主，只是公主由此陷入沉睡，須借王子之吻解除魔咒。影片重點表現這個反派角色的心理，挖掘她何以變得如此邪惡。朱莉說：「我們的挑戰是站在另一個角度去看問題。」該片初定於2014年7月2日北美上映。

此外，「雷神」克里斯·海姆斯沃斯（Chris Hemsworth）和「美國隊長」克里斯·伊文思（Chris Evans）等亦現身與影迷互動。

展會上發佈的多款概念圖和劇照中，特別值得一提的是迪士尼歷史珍藏短片《馬兒快跑》（Get a Horse!）的首款劇照，其黑白全手繪手法展現了迪士尼動畫的原初風采，片中為米老鼠配音的是沃爾特·迪士尼（Walter Disney）本人。該片將貼片《冰雪皇后》（Frozen），於今年11月27日與北美觀眾見面。
