標題[心得] 鼎王、老四川、無老鍋

今天去吃了桃園新開的鼎王。 上次吃鼎王已經是大約4~5年前的事了，當時在高雄吃的， 記得吃過一次後，覺得麻辣鍋部分還可以，酸菜白肉鍋則普通，肉份量少能選擇的也不多，吃完後就不會想再踏進來，今天因朋友約，我決定再給鼎王一次機會，但今天去吃後非常失望，辣鍋沒什麼香味跟麻感，沾醬也普通……口味上也很大的進步空間。 我想我應該不會再去吃了…… 而無老鍋則是豆腐鴨血失敗中的失敗…… 我以後還是會繼續吃老四川吧，一走進店濃濃的花椒麻，入味的鴨血，多選擇的菜單，香氣十足的沾醬~便宜份量多，開胃涼粉跟冰品甜點，吃完不空虛。 還是老四川讚~ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.241.218.18

圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32521825 時間：2013/7 正如每次到嘉義畢竟會吃一家火雞肉飯一樣，來到彰化也會吃一家爌肉飯。 彰化的爌肉飯從早餐到宵夜都各有店鋪，早上場與下午場的幾家店我大概都 嚐過了，就是宵夜場的比較沒有機會嚐，這次的中南部小吃輕旅行總算是有 機會來吃宵夜場的爌肉飯。 魚市場爌肉飯也算是彰化市區裡的傳奇爌肉飯店，正如以前的嘉義微笑火雞 肉飯一樣，都是營業時間異於一般店家，但魚市場並無微笑那麼另類，他在 晚上九點四十時開始營業，主打宵夜場，簡直是意圖使人肥胖。雖然很晚才 開門，但生意卻還是十分好。另外附近還有一家叫魚市爌肉飯，與魚市場爌 肉飯只差一個字，剛開始我還搞混，不過兩家的營業時間不同，魚市場開的 時候，魚市早就打烊了，所以也別怕跑錯家。 爌肉飯＄45 魚市場的爌肉使用的是漂亮的半月後腿肉，肥瘦均勻，如半月般的豬皮包裹 著瘦肉，爌肉滷得軟嫩，筷子不需太過費力便能輕易將皮肉夾斷，瘦肉的部 份不甘柴；肥肉的部份軟膩不油，入口即化，口味是標準的彰化風味，微微 的甜味不死鹹。滷汁亦然，微甜而香，搭配著較硬些的米飯，一口爌肉一口 米飯，實在令人滿足，一碗食完也不覺得膩口，這是彰化爌肉的特色，不油 不膩不重鹹，份量與口味恰到好處，不管是早點、午餐或宵夜，都很適合。 滷白菜＄20 魚市場的滷白菜頗為豐富，除白菜之外還有瘦肉與豬皮，白菜甜味十足也不 油膩，瘦肉塊倒也不少，挺清爽夠味的小菜。 魚市場爌肉飯 地址：彰化市中正路二段320號 電話：04-7629160 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.2.62

不專業心得文開始 這部蠻不錯的!! 不敢說非常好看，但是絕對不是爛片，可以小推薦一下 會衝這部片純粹是為了導演，而非麥特戴蒙、茱蒂佛斯特這幾位演員 我很喜歡這故事的世界觀設定，比想像中更科幻、更天馬行空(這就是電影阿!!!) 再來就是跟《第九禁區》一樣依舊維持著超級霸氣的武器設定，血肉橫飛真的爆爽!! 這部片好看，但唯一缺點是BUG很多，板上的負雷文和說爛的， 看下來幾乎都是為了那所謂的BUG與不合邏輯 (ex:為何主角要那樣、為何醫療床那麼神、為何下載資料人會死、為何bla bla bla..) 但其實整部片看下來，如果後面夠好看，那些BUG其實會慢慢忽視 XD 反之後面爛BUG就會全部被放大檢視 越去挑、就越看不到重點，乾脆就順其自然看下去 看電影如果要看得那麼吹毛求疵那不是很累人嗎? 總歸一句話：電影設定!! 身邊的朋友只要有人把電影中的劇情"設定"拿出來討論， 就會大翻白眼說:電影的設定就是這樣。 有人跟我一樣嗎XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.142.227
