【徐毓莉／台北報導】4G競標9月3日登場，國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)今天進行7家業者面試，每家面試40分鐘，鴻海董事長郭台銘以國碁電子代表出席，郭台銘受訪時指，身為新進業者有其困難，像剛出生的嬰兒跟幾十歲的跑百米，呼籲政府協助新進業者取得公部門掌握的資源，包括鐵公路、隧道等能有蓋基地台的機會。

7家申請業者包括中華電信、台灣大哥大、遠傳電信、亞太電信，還有魏應交為代表的台灣之星移動電信、新建公司等多家申請業者今派出大老闆出席。遠傳徐旭東表示，NCC問得很難，但遠傳表現不錯。中華電信董事長李炎松表示，志在必得。

面試從中午12時45分起至晚上6時20分，雖NCC在1樓拉採訪線，但多數業者從地下室進入，郭台銘在面試結束後接受媒體採訪表示，2年內規畫加速建6千座基地台，呼籲政府協助新進業者提供公平的機會。

標題[請益] 夏天上完化妝水後的選擇？

大家好 小弟算是混合性肌膚，平常鼻頭是最容易出油的部位 平常保養程序是洗完臉後再擦化妝水->乳液->Kiehl's藍色收歛水 藍色收歛水可以撐個半天吧？ 至少臉看起來蠻乾淨的。 最近夏天開始遇到問題了 就是照原本程序出門大概2個小時鼻頭就開始出油了 看了版上很多經驗後發現應該是乳液的選擇上夏天要改變 我現在用的是muji敏感肌乳液(清爽型) 現在想請教該換什麼樣的保養品才能抑止出油呢？ 之前有試用過Kiehl's的乳液但忘了是哪款覺得挺不錯的 最近看版上和廣告強打的薇姿新皮脂平衡精華乳 或是BIOTHERM的雙效去油光保濕露（但對我目前來說實在太貴呀囧） 或是版上有推薦什麼可以抑止油光取代乳液的產品嗎？ 謝謝大家～：） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.15.168

標題[請問] 磁鐵可以過護貝機嗎?
