為了回應民意，立法院今迅速三讀通過軍審法。未來軍人犯罪將全由一般司法機關追訴審理，只有戰時犯陸海空軍刑法或其特別法之罪，才依軍審法追訴、審判；因考量實務作業，實施將分兩階段，不過陸軍下士洪仲丘案則在總統公布法令後，馬上移交普通法院審理。

【綜合報導】昨天在台南聲援「南鐵」卻遭台南市便衣勒頸的學生，今天已於今日稍早完成驗傷程序，根據臉書「反台南鐵路東移」報導，待偵查隊提供該名維安人員姓名、地檢署起訴之後，自救會將會再發消息公布，並抨擊，台南市長賴清德在處理南鐵迫遷案的種種手段，「荒腔走板與傲慢的程度跟馬吳沒有兩樣」。

這篇文章中說，昨天在台南市反服貿座談結束後，民進黨主席蘇貞昌與台南市長賴清德準備步出大門，聲援南鐵學生繞到蘇貞昌面前，「呼喊口號詢問黨主席對南鐵東移迫遷的看法，正準備從包包內拿出標語陳情，隨即遭到南市府某位著寶藍色上衣的維安便衣扯下撕碎，並直接從背後以手肘勒住脖子壓制在地，遭勒頸的學生幾度喘不過氣，在地上掙扎。除了脖子處留下維安人員手臂粗細的大塊紅腫，左右手上臂也有抓傷」。
 
文中說，蘇貞昌在座談中還提及大埔事件，但在目睹有學生被南市府維安人員毆打，「完全沒有停下來制止，反而加快腳步上車離去」。

這篇文章說，「台南堪稱民主聖地，市政府卻要強推迫害人權的公共工程案，又遲遲無誠意與居民溝通，片面以加快都市計畫流程強推東移迫遷案。面對大埔後續警察濫權的爭議，民進黨甚至動員六縣市首長共同發出聲明譴責馬政府警察濫權，要捍衛反對者的言論自由。但不出幾天，台南市政府面對手無寸鐵的學生聲援南鐵表達意見，不僅撕毀標語，更是使出對付歹徒的勒頸招數，像宰殺雞鴨一樣迫使聲援學生『閉嘴』。如果該名學生遭市府維安人員威脅到生命安全，賴清德你擔待的起」？

文末批評說，「賴清德在處理南鐵迫遷案的種種手段，荒腔走板與傲慢的程度跟馬吳沒有兩樣」。
