主計總處昨(5)日公布前7月CPI平均年增率1.13%，低於過去20年平均1.5%的水準和台灣央行2%通膨目標上限，反映年初以來，物價上漲壓力大致溫和，處於合理穩定範圍。元大寶華綜合經濟研究院今(6)日研判，8月CPI上漲率不僅有望連續第6個月維持放緩態勢，且由正轉負機會大，初估將下跌0.3%-1.3%。

關於8月物價，元大寶華指出，雖月初國際油價因庫存下降、中東政治動盪而延續6月下旬以來的上漲態勢，且新台幣相對美元持續偏弱為油料費帶來上漲動力，不過去年同期油料費上漲幅度超過10%，比較基期明顯較先前數月升高，漲幅有望獲得抑制，且不排除有由漲轉跌可能。

另一方面，8月初蔬菜、水果批發價因供應量充裕分別大跌逾30%、20%，若未來天候得以續保穩定，則跌價效應可望持續傳遞至零售端，為CPI帶來緩和效果。

元大寶華進一步表示，去年同期CPI上漲3.43%，比較基期過高，因此預估8月CPI上漲率不僅有望連續第6個月維持放緩態勢，且由正轉負機會大，估將下跌0.3%-1.3%。

和去年同期相比，7月雖然油料費(+3.54%)、教養娛樂服務(+1.01%)、房租(+0.56%)、水電燃氣(+2.21%)、外食費(+1.09%)、肉類(+3.36%)價格上揚，使7月CPI連續第35個月上漲，但去年同期在颱風影響下比較基期過高(CPI+2.46%)，水果(-20.2%)、蔬菜(-3.12%)價格也雙雙下跌，其中水果價格更創下1999年7月後最大降幅，使CPI上漲率連續第5個月放緩至0.08%，不僅遠低於市場預期的0.6%，且創下2010年8月下跌0.47%後最慢漲速，有助為疲軟的民間消費力道帶來部分挹注效果。

元大寶華也指出，剔除蔬果及能源後的核心CPI上漲率雖仍有0.51%，遠不如0.08%的CPI上漲率低，但漲勢已連第5個月鈍化，創1月0.3%後最低紀錄，反映在國內景氣低緩、消費者需求不振、所得成長緩慢下，多數商品與服務價格不僅欠缺上調空間，甚至必須不斷透過降價促銷方式激勵買氣。

統一獅隊創下本季第3次「長時間連敗」，讓總教練中島輝士不得不交出兵符，檯面上中島是調二軍休息，但回鍋擔任總教練的機率應該不高。

中島原本在日本火腿隊擔任打擊教練，2011年到獅隊擔任打擊教練，2012年2月起擔任代理總教練，同年6月真除，一直至今。

去年獅隊在上半季拿到冠軍，中島交出亮眼成績單，隨後總冠軍賽雖然失利敗給Lamigo桃猿隊，但球團仍肯定他的付出。

今年上半季，獅隊好幾度有機會與義大犀牛隊爭冠，但5月中開始面臨低潮，最後以8連敗收場。目前下半季開打滿1個月，又創下6連敗成績，終於讓球團高層忍不住出手止血。

昨天賽前公布人事異動，原總教練中島輝士、投手教練紀藤真琴都調二軍，總教練一職由打擊教練陳連宏代理、洋投費古洛兼任投手教練，高建三兼任助理投手教練。

為什麼是陳連宏、費古洛？外界認為有些倉促的調動，其實已是現有人選中的最佳安排，球團得知羅國璋沒有意願後，趕忙尋找陳連宏。

蘇泰安說，與陳連宏談話時，強調「現在一定要有人站出來。」，再加上陳連宏是獅隊資深球員，最了解「隊形」，與羅國璋配合後，應能有不錯發揮。

至於找費古洛的原因，除了看中他的資歷，主要還是「意願」問題。「本來想直接找高建三當投手教練，但他認為會影響比賽，費古洛願意嘗試，因此讓他上陣。」
