軍檢署偵辦陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，洪家委任律師李宣毅今天表示，軍檢今天提訊陳毅勳及傳訊2名證人確認細節，及證詞的一致性。

軍檢署近來密集開庭，上午提訊戒護士陳毅勳及2名證人，進行證詞及供詞確認。

李宣毅參與開庭，直到中午才離開，離開前對媒體表示，軍檢今天提訊陳毅勳及傳訊2名證人確認細節，以及證詞與被告言詞的一致性。

他表示，相關案情必須等到檢方起訴後才能對外說明。

至於涉案遭羈押的542旅副旅長何江忠委任律師吳奎新表示，被告有行政疏失責任，不代表有刑事責任，關禁閉不等於死亡的結果。

李宣毅對此表示，他尊重軍檢署，起訴法條仍在裁量中，此時討論並不恰當。他強調，待全案事實確認後，法律上才能作評價。

標題[心得] 旅行過後。UNT與softymo卸妝油心得

前陣子毅然決然地突然拋開所有雜事和工作，一個人到東部去散心了幾天， 不過因為熬了夜氣色不佳，還是帶了化妝品，卸妝品則帶了UNT旅行組裡的卸妝油。 但是，旅行的第三天我就在當地的屈臣氏裡又買了一瓶softymo卸妝油…○rz ＊＊＊＊＊＊以上前言＊＊＊＊＊＊ 膚質：混合偏油肌，易長粉刺。 卸妝品：綠瓶TISS卸妝油、超微米保濕卸妝油 ＊＊＊＊＊＊以上基本資料＊＊＊＊ 前兩天我用的都是UNT的櫻花阻黑綻白卸妝油。 卸完妝以後雖然臉上還是有很明顯的油膩感， 但是我總是會再洗過一次臉，加上旅行的第一天有點累，也不太計較這一點。 只是第二天卸妝的時候，我在乳化完畢也洗過臉以後， 拿了張面紙檢查妝有沒有卸乾淨，竟然發現紙上不僅有眼影和眼線的顏色， 就連粉底都還殘留了一點啊！！！ 驚慌之下我又再卸了第二次並洗臉，直到面紙擦不出顏色為止， 翌日一早就趕緊到屈臣氏裡買了一瓶softymo乾濕兩用瞬淨卸妝油。 之所以買它，一方面是因為看過板上有好評，另外它的成份和我愛用的綠TISS滿像的， 所以決定買瓶180ml的來試試。 幸好這瓶卸妝油的表現讓我相當滿意，雖然質地很水而不像我常用的兩款一樣偏稠， 但是卸妝力一樣優秀，乳化速度也頗快，雖然卸後還是有輕微的油感，不過可以接受。 我想以後它應該會成為我的愛用品之一。:) ＊＊＊＊＊＊以下結語＊＊＊＊＊＊ 只是，我發現softymo的230ml史努比紀念款，成分竟然跟180ml的有一點不同？！ 我反覆看了好幾遍，確定前者有「睫毛膏卸除成分」（我沒有背它的原文名稱orz）， 但是後者的成分表上卻沒有這一項？這兩款不是只有容量的差別嗎？？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.228.37
