【大紀元2013年07月22日訊】(大紀元記者李真香港報道)香港一向政商緊密相扣，關係良好，但目前對梁振英施政的不滿已由民間蔓延到商界。一向與梁振英不和的亞洲首富李嘉誠，罕有地改變一貫堅持不撤資、以香港為基地的態度，有意出售連鎖超級市場百佳，被外界認為是對梁振英的不滿，及對本港政治經濟前景的失望。

百佳是本港三大連鎖超商之一，作為屈臣氏全資擁有的附屬公司，在香港、澳門及大陸華南地區店舖達345間，去年收益總額為217億港元，被稱為李嘉誠的「現金牛」。

因此自20日和黃集團上午發出新聞稿，證實有意出售百佳後，引發李嘉誠要從本港撤資的傳聞。雖然無論是和黃還是李嘉誠都表示，無意從香港撤資，外間傳言毫無根據。事實上，資料顯示，近3年來李嘉誠已總共調配了超過1,600億港元向海外購買資產，地點集中在歐洲和加拿大。

對梁不滿 業務外移

百佳與惠康目前壟斷本港超市行業逾七成生意，但在李嘉誠生意王國中卻只佔極小部份。外界紛紛揣測，今次賣百佳背後，政治意味濃厚，多過實際的獲利，外界普遍認為，李嘉誠希望把集團業務，逐漸外移，同時李嘉誠也不喜歡特首梁振英。

民主黨副主席單仲偕對本報表示，今次李嘉誠賣盤的確不尋常。因為李嘉誠過往的作風，一般都是找到買家才公佈賣盤，包括十多年前和黃賣資產都不是突然賣盤，但今次作風有別。據他所知，本地並不是很多商家有興趣買百佳，因為獲利並不算太高。

香港時事評論員蔡詠梅也認為，李嘉誠賣百佳，是公開表達對梁振英的極度不滿。「梁振英上台後，香港的政治環境惡劣，所以李嘉誠就擺出這樣一個姿態來。」

李家與江派關係疏離

1989年後進軍中國大陸市場李嘉誠曾自稱與江澤民是親密的戰友。香港明鏡網曾報道說，李嘉誠與江氏家族通過現任中共副總理張高麗的擔保建立了「特殊聯繫」，即其兒子旗下的電訊盈科，給了江的兒子中國網通500億元資金；江則將京城最好的地塊 ——東方廣場給了李作為回報。

然而，2007年，大陸多家媒體卻高調批評李嘉誠旗下的和記黃埔在北京開發的大型樓盤「逸翠園」爛尾樓項目，令李嘉誠聲譽嚴重受損。由此，李氏家族和中共的關係出現裂痕。2008年後李嘉誠的一系列拋售行動也不排除與此有關。另有消息稱，江下台後，李嘉誠與中共關係逐漸疏離。

李澤楷08年更為了自己的愛侶梁洛施（兩人其後誕下三子），和江派黑道富商、本港娛樂大亨、英皇老闆楊受成，展開一場世紀藝人合約官司戰，最後英皇退讓。當中楊受成是江派大佬曾慶紅精心培植的黑道富豪，旗下《新報》，多次配合香港青年關愛協會（簡稱：青關會）打壓法輪功。

一個不願透露姓名的本港商界領袖對本報說：「現在商界都議論紛紛，如果李這有可能會引起連串商界撤資潮，對梁振英是一個重創。」◇

【黃仲瑜／台北報導】有民眾洗完澡吹頭髮聞到燒焦味，以為頭髮燒焦，找尋味道察看後才發現原來是對面鄰居家中冒煙，趕緊打電話報警。
 
今天凌晨2時許，在台北市艋舺大道的一處平房民宅，冒出陣陣濃煙，消防隊獲報到達現場破門才發現，冒煙的平房民宅內有人居住，冒煙原因是因為屋主煮消夜後就跑去睡覺，造成鍋爐乾燒，警消趕緊叫醒屋主並關閉爐火，結束一場虛驚。

桃園縣新屋鄉驚傳8歲女童陳屍外婆家附近約2公里的一處池塘，警方發現女童內褲血跡，疑遭性侵殺害，警方表示不排除是有地緣關係者所為，正全力調查緝凶中。

《中央社》報導，因女童母親這幾天要動手術，昨天被送到外婆家暫住，昨天下午1名和女童年紀相近的男童一起嬉戲，外婆隨後發現女童失蹤，男童有輕微溝通障礙說不清楚狀況，家屬立即報警。

女童家屬發現她口鼻及手上都有瘀青，且內褲有血跡，肛門處還有一處大破洞的傷口。警方表示，事發地點為私人土地，不排除有地緣關係者所為，已成立專案小組正全力緝凶中。
