這本書的主題十分簡單，就是「獲得在自己腦中求出解答的方法」這麼一回事。但大多數的人，卻非常缺乏分析現狀，並從該分析結果中找出正確解答的能力。大言不慚的我以前也是如此，在麻省理工學院留學的時候，回答不出指導教授提出的問題，隨即答覆「我會再去圖書館查資料」而引起教授大怒。

教授訓誡：「為什麼是圖書館！這個問題若你我都無法解決，這世界上還有誰解答得了？」

那是我第一次領悟到「正確解答是經由自己的頭腦引導出來的」，最近的年輕人對於上司交代下來的調查似乎都很自然的回答「因為Google不到結果，所以無能為力」。我不會取笑他們，但也感到苦惱憂慮。

有機會在國外學習的我，因為教授訓誡的一番話讓我覺醒，知道了用自己頭腦思考的重要性。但是現今的年輕人是否有機會知道這個的重要性？——這就是我動筆寫這本書真正的動機。

參謀力，決定國家的成敗

在日本能夠稱為真正參謀的人才之所以稀少可說是國民性格使然，長久以來，在日本的企業風氣之下，再怎麼優秀的人也會變得「官僚化」。

這種官僚化，是巧妙選擇不用承擔責任的道路來度過一生的意思。即便知道正確解答也會優先選擇保身，當企劃案失敗就放後話「果然如此，當初我就覺得那麼做的話才可行啊」，屬於事後諸葛的人。但是，這種人無法成為參謀，無法使已經被擊潰的公司重新來過。

【綜合報導】日本《朝日新聞》在中國的微博開設中文網，但該站從前天開始就突然遭到關閉，目前《朝日新聞》也無法知道網站遭關閉的真正原因，但日本媒體推測，「幕後黑手」應該就是中國政府。

據了解，《朝日新聞》主要在新浪微博和騰訊微博開設中文網，共有130萬人追隨，但這次突遭關閉，《朝日新聞》官方表示，目前正盡全力找出遭關閉的原因，但若是遭到「惡意」關閉，「我們感到相當遺憾」。
