【劉志原／台北報導】淫富少李宗瑞下藥迷姦偷拍34人案，台北地院歷經8個多月審理後，今天傍晚辯論終結，庭訊過程李宗瑞僅坦承偷拍仍堅稱沒性侵，還希望換取輕判，但檢察官認為，李宗瑞至今毫無悔意，當庭要求法官應重判他30年，全案已預定9月3日宣判，李宗瑞開完庭後被還押看守所。

《智慧機》新機銷售周期縮短，壓抑供應鏈毛利

高階手機換機需求正在逐季減弱，以2012年第四季、今年第二季的iPhone 5與Galaxy S4的市場反應來看，從推廣開始到銷售高峰的時間正在縮短。而究其原因，是新款智慧型手機創新度不夠，且全球電信營運商都想在下半年才展開重度補貼，目前大手筆補貼手機的意願低落，讓智慧手機銷售周期縮短，這間接對於智慧手機供應鏈的毛利率並不利。 手機零組件業者表示，生命周期變短，量變少，還來不及降低成本就退市的手機，對供應鏈有些影響。 按正常的IT製造業運作來看，新機種上市，零組件供應鏈可以重新議價，毛利率應該會有提升的機會。而實情則是，當零組件廠對智慧型手機客戶報價時，都會先抓一定的出貨台數，以確定能夠賺錢。例如供應商預估接到的新款的智慧型手機約有300~500萬台、量夠大、生命周期也夠長，零組件廠的毛利率才能有好的表現，就會談妥接單。 但是，今年上半年各家旗艦機種鋪貨旺季縮短在2~2.5個月左右，零組件廠未達經濟規模，就可能面臨舊原有型號零組件要淡出生產線，營業額不足以支持該有的毛利率與獲利。因此，客戶頻頻推出新款的旗艦手機來刺激買氣，對於零組件供應鏈來說，並不是好事。 不少零組件廠指出，今年第一季MWC行動通訊大展與CES消費電子展所推的新機，生命期沒有想像中來得長，今年第二季所接的手機零組件量並不如預期，原機款的模具費用還沒有完全分期攤提完，毛利率恐怕會受到一定的壓抑。機構件、功能性元件廠說，5月份、6月份的主要產線都開給客戶了，沒想到出貨量低於預期，人事成本與機器稼動也都是成本支出。 以索尼（SONY）、宏達電（2498）為例，今年第一季底的主力機種Sony Xperia Z、新HTC One的鋪貨高峰僅約在一季左右；後續SONY與宏達電就分別有新一代的旗艦手機Ultra Z與Butterfly s（規格與新HTC One十分相近）對外發表，內部零組件規格若是有變動，對於前一代的供應商來說，並不是好事。 對於手機ODM廠來說，客戶的中低階手機也是如此，新開案至少要有100、200萬台以上才能有錢賺。如果客戶是50~100萬台的專案機種，報價與毛利率計算，跟一般大量代工的成本不同，代工廠要求的報價會比較高，或是要求支付更高的NRE設計費用。

謝謝你的建議 其實出裝那邊我想了很久 因為幾乎每場都不太一樣 最終裝備也只是"個人"比較泛用的情況

吸血鬼我也常走中路 這時我就幾乎必出亡靈戰魂 畢竟提供的野怪增傷刷四鬼實在是太快了 起手出治療寶珠也不會拖裝 出個振奮盔甲 團戰補個智慧藥劑CDR很輕鬆就撐滿40%

但這篇還是寫上路的 野怪增傷用不到 個人就不偏好亡靈 當然你要出絕對可以 還有我非常喜歡出遠古意志是因為加上中路就是雙ap 在中期開始打團我才會合 團戰效益是很不錯的 當然 如果我方中路是ad刺客我就不會出了

至於愛歐尼亞之靴和法師之靴的選擇也是大家一直以來的疑問 其實S2時我場場都出CD鞋 那時沒有符文聖盾 軍團聖盾自然也不熱門 因此中期打團不會有打不痛的問題 前面也提到 S3開始穿透公式改變 我才改用法穿鞋 不過兩者的選擇還得再看對面的英雄與出裝 比如對面是打一波爆發的 出CD鞋快速回血確實不錯 反之對面是一點一點消耗的則出法穿鞋壓制 關於這點中路更加明顯 比方說勒布朗 那我是強烈建議出CD鞋 這樣他一套接完你就能在短時間內把血回滿 只要她前期滾不到人頭 後期團戰你可以說是十拿九穩 另外 與你對線的若早早出負極斗篷對抗你 那法穿鞋就是必出了 否則出CD鞋的傷害簡直可以無視

你會問 CDR有點少怎辦 其實不會 對面有ap時 振奮盔甲就提供20%了 再者我中期團戰爆發幾乎都會喝個智慧藥劑 搭配天賦就有33% 若是那場符文用-CD那套 CDR更是輕鬆撐滿 至於對面全ad的話 我就會出愛歐尼亞之靴和亡靈戰魂了 搭配智慧藥劑和天賦也是輕鬆撐到33% 到33%其實就很夠用了 所以我才會說 我提供的最終裝備只是比較泛用(對面中路是AP)的情況

最後我還是要強調 理解每個道具的存在的意義 適用的場合才是真的 也謝謝你的用心回覆 讓我能補足忘記說明的部分^^
