我想安裝玄關通風門

我住新北市淡水附近，想安裝玄關通風門。
大致情況是住在社區大樓，想在大門外再框一個通風門。很多住戶都這樣裝勒。 問題就在於，我找不到適合的廠商，因為我才剛搬到這附近。
所以請大家推薦一下，當然價格要合適，不要推薦黑心的～～TKS

張通榮關說案 監委擬再戰

（中央社記者葉素萍台北9日電）監察院長王建(火宣)、監察委員趙榮耀今天說，民選首長可被彈劾；此外，基隆市長張通榮涉嫌關說酒駕案，監委可能再提彈劾。
張通榮涉關說酒駕案，監察院日前彈劾未過關。有監委認為，能否彈劾民選首長有疑義。
王建(火宣)與媒體茶敘時表示，監察院當然可彈劾民選鄉鎮長及縣市長，實務上第二屆彈劾22人，第三屆彈劾8人，第四屆彈劾9人，前台中市長林柏榕、前台北縣長尤清都曾被彈劾。
張通榮案查案監委程仁宏說，他深入調查，多次約詢，最後謹慎提出彈劾，結果與預期目標出現很大落差。他尊重審查結果，但心情沉重。
彈劾民選新竹縣五峰鄉長葉賢民的查案監委趙榮耀說，民選首長可彈劾，也許第四屆監委有個別想法，但彈劾地方民選首長，第二、三屆監察院都有類似案例，大法官也有解釋，「民選首長等同公務人員」。
至於張通榮案彈劾沒過，他說，與程仁宏一樣「有沉痛之感」。
至於張通榮案是否二度提彈劾？程仁宏表示，他昨天已與監委楊美鈴仔細商量，並做出決定，但基於監察法相關規定，他不宜明確對外透露；不過，他一定秉持調查的明確事證、全民想法，做明確判斷。1020709

樓宇局22萬個項目待維修

【大紀元2013年07月08日訊】（大紀元記者畢珍妮紐約報導）目前，全美最大的公共住房網絡：紐約市樓宇局（The New York Public Housing Authority，簡稱：NYCHA）面臨的巨大的維修欠債。 根據該局7月1日發布的數據，經過努力，他們已經把開工單（Work order）數從最高時的42萬3千個降到22萬個。 這些開工單是請求樓宇局為所屬的樓宇住戶提供各類修繕的申請。
這些開工單中，那些關於清除黴菌、修理門口對講機、壓縮機、天花板電扇、房門以及公共空間的問題已經全部解決了，樓宇局表示，他們將在2013年內全部完成剩下的開工單。他們還有不到6個月的時間。據樓宇局介紹，他們目前回應任何維修要求須一週，更複雜的問題則需兩週時間。
但是，對具體情況更了解的人士的看法卻不相同。
「其實，等待的時間非常非常的長，如果你有一個修繕申請，樓宇局的維修人員來修理，碰巧你不在家，那你就得排回到隊尾去了。要想修理什麼東西，需要等好長的時間。」一位參加7月2日工會組織的集會的樓宇局員工介紹。由於她在樓宇局的職務，她希望匿名。她還描述了住戶提出修繕申請所需經歷的冗長過程，以及很容易因技術問題而被拖延。
樓宇局堅稱他們已經在以資源所允許的最快速度進行修繕。為減少開工單，他們已經增加了565名新雇員。其中389名是新的維修工和有經驗的行業工人。
市長參選人們沒有失去平息人們對樓宇局和住房維護局（Housing Preservation Department，簡稱HPD）抱怨的機會。他們都表示以上兩個機構都沒有很好的完成他們維護公共住房的任務。
紐約市公益維護人、市長參選人白思豪（Bill De Blasio）6月25日在Gramercy與住房權益人士共同舉行的集會上表示，責任在局領導。「該如何解決樓宇局的問題？請John Rhea (樓宇局董事會主席)走人！」白思豪說。
從2012年至2013年間，樓宇局從聯邦政府獲得的資金減少超過20億元。 在今年聯邦政府資金削減2.05億元之前，樓宇局已經有結構性赤字每年6千萬元，加上高達140億元的沒有資助的資產改善項目，根據樓宇局提供的資料，包括亟需的樓頂更新、磚瓦工、取暖以及管道系統、電梯等。
市長參選人科利昂（Adolfo Carrion）表示，樓宇局失去聯邦政府資金說明了事情的最重要部分，「如果有人告訴你：我們有錢能夠解決樓宇局的問題，那他沒有告訴你事實。」他強調道。
