【周昭平／高雄報導】因應暑假，高雄市電腦公會主辦的電腦展周四起一連五天在高雄巨蛋登場，集結近百廠商規劃近三百攤位，展出電腦、數位相機及音響電視等最新科技商品。主辦單位表示，開幕首日中午前免費入場，每天上午另有早鳥報到免費區，讓民眾享優惠看展，消費滿三千元還可以摸彩，大獎是55吋的3D液晶電視。

高市電腦公會理事長莊連豪說，今年參展廠商近百家，處理器大廠Intel也首度推出「舊換新、重變輕及電腦換新加碼送」活動，民眾持舊筆電或舊電腦回收，可獲最高三千八百元的購物金。

數位相機業者Nikon代理商國祥影像通路部資深業務主任張志文說，「搶攻暑假檔期，現場將有比展場價更優惠的價格，部份機型並加送相機包及原廠腳架」。

【大紀元2013年07月09日訊】（大紀元記者陳熙暖荷蘭報導）上週在德國柏林青年就業峰會(Youth Employment Summit)後，與會的荷蘭首相魯特(Mark Rutte)歸國後鼓勵荷蘭東南部布拉邦特省(Brabant)的高技術失業青年來北部格羅寧根省(Groningen)的能源和科技產業工作。魯特說：「高質量的勞動力，比如在意大利有數年工作經驗的工人，歡迎來荷蘭公司工作。」魯特還強調，荷蘭政府還注重為格羅寧根、艾因霍芬的能源部門培訓本國青年的職業技能。不過，即使本國青年人能夠滿足勞動力需求，仍然需要引進國外高教育水平的科技僱員來填補勞動力短缺。

德國總理默克爾(Angela Merkel)就青年人失業率增加的問題發起峰會，副首相兼社會事務大臣阿捨爾(Lodewijk Asscher)和首相魯特一起參加了柏林峰會。與會的歐盟各國領導人討論相關解決方案，並達成同意撥款80億歐元給青年失業率超過25%的歐盟國家。

南歐國家目前從蕭條中漸漸復甦的過程中，25歲以下青年失業率居高不下。西班牙和希臘這一比率高達55-60%；葡萄牙和意大利40%；上週剛剛正式加入歐盟的克羅地亞，青年失業率為52%。德國總理默克爾就柏林峰會評論道：「只有採取正確的政策方可解決歐洲的青年失業問題。對具體資金問題我們有意避而不談，而著重討論擴大青年就業市場的可行措施。」默克爾還說：「我們必須彼此理解並明白，要解決這個問題非朝夕之功。」

魯特首相表示，荷蘭吸收外國青年僱員的人數與德國相比並不多，所以「引進人才」的議題與荷蘭實際情況相關程度較低。不過魯特還說，德國的整體勞動力政策還是有相關經驗值得荷蘭學習，比如，德國在經濟繁榮的1990年代適度提高了工資水平，於是德國企業具有競爭力更強的勞動條件，更有助於吸引外國勞動力。與會的荷蘭副首相阿捨爾指出，歐盟各國的巨大差異仍然是大問題——南歐國家亟待改革其勞動力市場，增加勞力市場靈活性，比如，在西班牙刻板嚴格的勞動法規使僱主不願冒風險在經濟衰退情況下吸收新員工。相形之下，荷蘭僅有10%的青年失業率，歐元區只有德國和奧地利優於荷蘭。所以，這些青年失業相對較低的國家不可能收到任何緩解青年失業的專項資金。
