我收到兩個offer， 1. 14廠封裝的製程整合 預聘 2. 12廠cmp製程 研替 我考慮的有發展性(製程整合比較可以學到多點東西，但封裝是後段)、 工作內容(這兩個單位不知道會不會很操)、 以及薪資。 還有聽說在竹科比較有機會升遷或跳槽，請問是真的嗎？ 另外當不當兵對我比較沒差，我有滿大的機率可以免役。 最後因為我對cmp比較不熟，如果可以也請多告訴我這方面的資訊。 感激不盡阿~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.141.190

一直是超油肌 現在變成敏感肌(跟生活作息 壓力等有關) 幾乎不保養 有閉鎖性粉刺 已經過了長痘的階段 曾經有一些咖啡色斑點 但是因為幾年前曾有一陣子便秘超級嚴重 嚴重到要用甘油球 後來上網查資料 就開始狂吃奇異果 便秘有改善 更神奇的是少數 的斑自點自動不見了 剩下的也變淡很多 都是用開價式的洗臉 以前用過活性炭的 結果太乾 我現在是用柔蝶綠豆酵素洗面乳 用了多年 一開始無意中發現時 驚為天人 洗的很乾淨!!!!! 買了不知道幾條,然而最近覺得他沒有那麼容易洗乾淨了,沒什麼泡泡 搓第二遍時臉就開始 紅了 上urcosme查 有人是說柔蝶太香 香料不適合敏感肌 兩年前買了雅漾活泉水之後 夏天一夜醒來之後油到煎蛋的狀況改善很多(無法整夜開冷氣 會拉肚子!)可是現在洗完臉噴雅漾 還是會小過敏!! 買過肌妍白潤 用沒幾次長肉芽 最近開使用珂潤洗顏慕斯 泡沫濃密 可是按押洗兩次還是覺得不太乾淨(天哪!!!!!) 現在不知道該怎麼辦 而且今天第一次用珂潤的洗臉 洗完噴完雅樣 之後開始覺得臉有一 點點癢癢的(現在沒有了) 到底那種產品適合我????????我想說不要浪費 可能會去買專科超微米搭配珂潤的一起洗 可是專科在ur負評也不少 總之 拜託給點建議 產品的 或好的皮膚科的也好 ※ 編輯: jeir 來自: 175.182.237.49 (07/08 21:52)

在 appWorks，我常拿這個圖跟創業者們解釋「找 Idea」的心法。

左下角的是「能力」，也是最簡單的一環。我們對自己有什麼能力，沒有什麼能力，通常有相當程度的認識。能力也是最容易取得的，這世界上大部分的技能，只要我們願意花一萬個小時去學習，雖然不一定能夠變成世界冠軍，但成為 Top 1%，甚至是 Top 0.1%，都是相當有可能的。

在上面的則是「熱忱」，也就是我們能持續有興趣，不辭辛勞，也想要做的事情，或是完成的任務。熱忱是比較深層的心理需要，它有時候不是那麼明顯的，必須要接觸了某個事情一段時間，才會發現我們對它很有熱忱 — 求學過程中的我，非常討厭作文。但過去四年，我卻發現每天寫網誌跟大家分享創業與網路，是我真誠的感到有意義的工作。

最後是「市場」，也就是人們願意付錢請你做的事情。對絕大多數人而言，市場是我們理解最少的。這個世上有成千上萬種行業，每個行業都有不同的消費者、客戶組成，還有各種大大小小幾千年累積下來的明規則、潛規則。消費者的品味與習慣不斷在變動，規則也不斷在變動，行業裡成員所佔有的份量也不斷的在變動，因此市場是非常非常難確切掌握的一個東西。

接著我們必須了解這三個圈圈的交界處。

首先，熱忱常常是會驅動我們去學習某些能力，但如果這件事情與市場沒有交集，那頂多就只是一個「嗜好」。有些時候我們會對某些所謂商機有很大的熱忱，但如果那不是我們能力所及的範圍，則頂多就是一種「幻想」。最後，當有一件事情我們能夠做得很好，而且市場願意付錢給我們，雖然我們對它並不是超級感興趣，這還是有可能成為一個「事業」。

大家常說創業初期所謂「無知的樂觀」，其實就是落在「幻想」與「嗜好」這兩個區塊。一種人是一頭熱的看到市場裡的機會，卻沒有認知到追逐這個機會所需要的能力。另一種人則是很熱心的用自己很厲害的技術在做自己想出來的產品，卻沒有認知到它並不被市場所需要。

最後，最神奇的事情，就是當你找到熱忱、能力與市場的交集，我所謂的「創業金三角」的時候。在這裡，你的熱忱會驅使你去理解市場還欠缺什麼，接著推動你去學習滿足這些需要所必備的能力。最後當你成功的滿足這些客人，看到他們滿足的表情，那又會讓你的熱忱得到養分，推動你繼續努力下去。這形成一個生生不息的正向循環，也是創業者能夠長期成功最重要的引擎。

當然，在到達金三角之前，你必須先往內認識自己，了解我的熱忱到底是什麼，這往往需要經歷很多的嘗試與體會之後，才能夠逐漸明白。你更需要往外認識市場，了解人們各種各樣的需要到底是哪些，在市場裡面又有哪些比我能力更強的公司，哪些將會阻礙我發揮我的能力的規則與結構。

這兩個探索肯定是沒有效率的，所以出來創業你應該準備好，光是找到一個「對的 Idea」，就可能需要三年、甚至是五年的時間。

從去年起便陸續傳出平價版iPhone的消息，目前得知可能會有白、紅、綠、藍、黃等多彩顏色，而近日國外更有網站聲稱已獲得平價iPhone，並釋出大量照片。

國外科技部落格TECHDY BLOG近日聲稱已入手平價iPhone，並在站上發佈大量照片。照片中平價iPhone為白色外殼，造型看來與iPod類似，雖然採用塑膠外殼製作，仍然十分具有質感。

這支平價iPhone和iPhone 5一樣是4吋螢幕，正面看起來十分類似，機身底部耳機孔旁有第二個麥克風孔，充電線插座右側則是四個喇叭孔。

雖然此部落格表示這支手機是平價iPhone，不過很難相信蘋果會在正式發表前，讓完整的產品洩漏出去，另一方面，蘋果是否已決定要生產平價iPhone，都仍然是個未知數。
