慶城1號商場 贊助大武原生藝術團

「大武原生藝術團」長期提供台東偏鄉地區低收入戶學童免費學習小提琴的機會，並且與民間企業合作高鐵巡迴展演，透過立法委員劉櫂豪的協助，於台北站由「慶城街1號商場」贊助，使學童得以透過音樂表演展現自信心，建立積極人生觀，同時讓愛心傳遞出去。
劉櫂豪表示：此次大武原生藝術團帶領21位學童小提琴表演，希望透過音樂學習讓孩童建立自信心，而巡迴展演不僅讓學童有一個表演的舞台，同時可以回饋社會，學習付出與奉獻。而「慶城街1號商場」獲知大武原生藝術團本次巡迴演出計劃經費短缺，不遺餘力贊助台北場住宿二日費用，並邀請「大武原生藝術團」來慶城街1號商場享用晚餐。

印度又傳樓塌 80年飯店老舊釀13死

【綜合報導】印度又傳建築物坍塌意外，南部城市塞康德拉巴德(Secunderabad)，當地時間8號早上6點20分左右，發生一2層樓飯店「城市之光」(City Light India Hotel)倒塌事故，造成至少13人死亡，18人受傷。

南亞董座：Q3業績優於Q2，且下半年勝上半年

南亞（1303）於7/8公佈今年6月份營收達231.6億元，月減10.30%、年減7.32%。對於6月營收下滑，南亞董事長兼總經理吳嘉昭表示，造成6月營收衰退的原因，主要是受EG-4廠進行大修，以及可塑劑銷售情況不理想所致，預期第三季在EG-4廠重啟後，加上電子材料進入旺季，整體營運將勝第二季，而且下半年（業績）會比上半年更好。
吳嘉昭指出，今年6月份因為年產能約70萬噸的EG-4廠仍在進行大修，而且可塑劑銷售並不如預期，因此造成6月營收較5月份衰退逾10%。此外，雖然整體景氣與去年相較已有好轉，但復甦的速度仍嫌緩慢，所以像是電子材料在中國市場的表現，便呈現了同業間競爭激烈、整體需求卻無顯著提升的窘境，進一步拖累了業績表現。
若以半年為單位進行比較，南亞今年上半年整體營收較去年同期約衰退3.36%。吳嘉昭說明，其實石化、塑膠與纖維等相關產品業績成長平穩，衰退的主要原因是電子材料的銷售大幅減少所致。
展望後市，吳嘉昭認為，自今年第三季起，電子材料就會進入傳統旺季，加上EG-4廠也即將於7/10恢復投產，再加上丁二醇也有（新）產能開出，預估第三季整體業績不僅可望超越第二季，甚至下半年的營收也將有機會比上半年更好。
面對中國錢荒所發的後續效應，吳嘉昭說，這是人行對於過熱的房市所進行的去泡沫化舉措，因此在供給面的壓抑下，建築相關產業將受到直接的衝擊，而常被用來作為建材的石化產品，則可能受到間接的影響。
