大埔強拆 徐世榮：威權讓劉政鴻蠻橫

【綜合報導】苗栗縣劉政鴻縣長撕毀三年前「原屋原地保留」承諾，執意要強拆大埔四戶，引發社會強烈反彈。政治大學地政學系教授徐世榮認為，這是威權體制下所造成的結果。 政治大學地政學系教授徐世榮天在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《威權體制 讓劉政鴻為所欲為》指出，苗栗縣長劉政鴻擁有這麼大的權力，讓大埔農民的基本人權被侵害剝奪，要解決這個問題，必須先從三關鍵點去下手。
第一，土地徵收必須要包括公益性、必要性、比例性、最後不得已手段及完全補償等，缺一不可；第二，改變「都市計劃價值取向」：拋棄當初為了經濟成長，而忽略基本人權保障的專家官僚決策。廢除在1986年修訂的「平均地權條例」，讓「強制性合作開發事業」的威權體制進入歷史。第三，國家財政嚴重赤字，讓政府角色嚴重偏差：政府對財團給予各項優惠，面對社會弱勢卻是強勢介入、強取土地。透過區段徵收，讓地方派系有利可圖，藉此鞏固樁腳。
土地與人民有著深刻的連結，對許多人而言，土地是用來生活的，不是用來買賣的。大埔這四戶絕非特殊個案，代表的是國家體制及政府施政的偏差。台灣公民社會已大步向前，卻仍然被戒嚴體制所困，盼望全國民眾都能夠勇敢站出來，向這個蠻橫政權說不！

首先警告這位騙子!
我不告你是因為牽涉到無辜的金門,證據我都有,警局也跑了三趟以上!不要以為我怕麻煩!我雖然膽子不大,不過就是不怕麻煩!更不是怕了你!你敢再騙人試試!只要有人對你提出告訴,我會召集受害人,連我的份一起告!騙人已經是不對,你竟然還害人啊?!你一邊賣裝備一邊跟金門買裝備,所以有人跟你買裝備的話,錢匯到你po的帳戶去,也就是金門的戶頭(或8591),意思就是幫你付錢給金門,金門收到錢當然依約給你裝備,但是如果你跟買方產生詐騙糾紛,人家去報案提告,凍結的卻是金門的戶頭!你根本不痛不癢!心腸真狠毒啊!
我一提告一定找的到你,辦案程序上會牽連到金門,我只是不願害金門的戶頭被凍結!不要以為自己很會閃很聰明!人格只值150多聰明?給我聽清楚,找不找你是取決於我要或不要,不是找不到!

【曾伯愷／新北報導】三重分局人事室警員葉冠良，日前因製作分局512張警察識別證，造成2次疏失，葉員父母愛子心切還特別北上協助其製作識別證。葉員因此遭改記過處分，並於今天開始轉調警備隊，怎知上週五，葉母打電話向分局口頭請辭，至於辭職信則今天送達。
三重分局副分局長伍世裕表示，上週五葉母確有致電口頭請辭，並表示葉員離職信將與今天送達，倘若今天分局未收到其辭職信，將對其記出曠職，連續4次曠職則依法免職。
