今天剛好路過公館，光顧了爺爺的饅頭 以為拿了白饅頭，結果誤拿成肉包啊（抱頭） 因為家人茹素 1袋共6粒肉包，全數贈送給想吃爺爺肉包的版友 面交地點限在 秀朗國小大門前 唷！ 公館饅頭爺爺很和藹可親，價格親民又好大粒 爺爺每天下午會在捷運景美站 傍晚到大約7點會在公館站1號出口（我今天是下午四點買） 7點後會在捷運萬隆站1號出口繼續賣 另外有版友知道肉包和白饅頭的價格是不是不一樣? 怕因為拿錯而少付爺爺錢...Q_Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.37.73

紀念七七抗戰 國軍文藝活動中心明日合唱比賽登場

（軍聞社記者林宜慶臺北六日電）由財團法人松竹梅文化基金會等四個單位主辦的「七七抗戰七十六週年紀念會」，將於明（七）日下午在臺北市國軍文藝活動中心登場，並將舉辦「第一屆國旗歌、抗戰歌曲暨臺灣歌謠合唱（創作）比賽」，屆時歡迎民眾踴躍前往參觀。 包括財團法人臺北市松竹梅文化基金會、臺北市感恩協進會、紀念抗戰暨臺灣日據抗日活動聯盟、全球華人紀念抗日協會籌備會等四個單位合作主辦的「七七抗戰七十六週年紀念會暨第一屆國旗歌、抗戰歌曲暨臺灣歌謠合唱（創作）比賽」，明天下午二時在國軍文藝活動中心戲劇廳舉行，除了進行紀念會、影片播放，並有合唱比賽，現場完全開放民眾「免費、免票」入場。 主辦單位表示，沒有抗戰勝利，就沒有臺灣從日本殖民統治中光復；沒有臺灣光復，就沒有今日的自由、民主。希望民眾踴躍前往參觀，追憶歷史，同時一起向當年為國家犧牲奉獻的先烈、前輩們致敬。

千人金門長泳 最老夫婦157歲

【大紀元2013年07月08日訊】（大紀元記者陳懷天台灣綜合報導）「2013搶灘料羅灣－－第11屆金門海上長泳」7日在金門料羅灣登場，兩岸89隊2千多人挑戰3,000公尺海上長泳，用行動證明海泳讓人健康。
特別的是，今年有15對報名參賽夫妻年齡相加超過120歲，屏東縣枋寮鄉晨泳協會81歲的王文樹與76歲太太王楊春華為年齡最長的夫婦。王楊春華表示，30年前脊椎長骨刺，經2次手術後背部彎曲，於是參加晨泳會，每天到海邊游泳，王文樹從郵局退休後也加入，與晨泳會成員徜徉在枋寮海邊。
王文樹夫婦每天清晨5時到海邊游泳1小時後回家，再到田裡勞動，生活很愜意。王文樹表示，海泳讓他們夫婦不老，身體與腦筋都好。王文樹說：「枋寮沒有游泳池，所以海邊成為大人、小孩的戲水天堂。」
王文樹夫婦曾先後參加10次泳渡日月潭，今年首次參加搶灘料羅灣長泳。王文樹表示，他們以前先後到金門旅遊2次，就不想再到金門，這次協會組團參加，夫婦才參加。◇
