關中：年金改革不會刻薄新進公務員

【徐珮君／台北報導】公務人員高考三級考試進入第2天，考試院長關中上午巡視考場，為考生加油打氣！對於公務人員年金改革相關法案及《考績法》已送立法院審查，關中說，考試院把國家需要的法案提出去，一切尊重立法院。

「摸一次給2萬」 10少年賣屁股詐4百萬

【綜合報導】苗栗卓蘭鎮愛泡網咖的10名問題少年因缺錢花用，得知張仕民（38歲）愛摸少年屁股，以同意猥褻為由，陸續收了張男4百多萬元，其中6人讓張男摸屁股、口交。少年將所得款項到處揮霍，甚至還帶女朋友住高檔飯店，不到半年就花到一毛不剩。承辦警員不禁搖頭說：「這些少年的價值觀真的太恐怖了！」 警方調查，就讀國二（14歲）的小明（化名）發現張仕民喜歡摸小男生的屁股，就騙張男說：「摸1次2萬元，先給10萬，以後5次一起給你摸個夠。」張男就這樣前後被騙走150萬，其他同夥得知後追問，少年「呷好道相報」分享如何騙張男，結果張男又陸續被騙走170萬元，卻連少年的屁股都還沒摸到。張男為此頻頻催促小明說：「你欠我22次何時還？還有其他同學的要怎麼算？」其中有6人被逼的沒辦法，在今年1月至2月間分別在卓蘭鎮公廁、暗巷，讓張男摸屁股、口交，6人事後又據此再向張要了86萬元。 警方認為10名少年以猥褻、性交為藉口詐騙張男財物，訊後均依詐欺罪嫌送辦。而張男也同時吃上違反《兒童及少年性交易防制條例》、妨害性自主等官司。

【綜合報導】謝淑薇在溫網女雙奪冠，成為台灣第一人，締造網壇歷史。謝淑薇的好表現，也被對岸關注，現在傳出中國青海酒廠開價1000萬元人民幣（約4915萬元台幣）挖角，希望謝淑薇轉籍中國，幫青海打中國4年一次的全運會。 對此謝淑薇的父親謝子龍表示，有點心動，但也是無可奈何的心動。「如果謝淑薇還等不到國內企業的青睞、政府的協助，留在台灣坐以待斃嗎？」謝子龍說，謝淑薇每年只有150萬的補助，支付出國比賽的費用根本不夠，現在謝淑薇的弟弟妹妹訓練經費，也是靠她的獎金來支撐，所以考慮先讓謝淑薇的弟弟妹妹先轉籍。
