加拿大運油車爆炸 上千人緊急疏散

【大紀元2013年07月07日訊】（大紀元記者程新編譯報導）7月6日凌晨1時許，一輛運油火車在加拿大魁北克省Lac-Megantic小鎮脫軌，四個壓力運油罐爆炸，數十個建築被摧毀，整個鎮中心嚴重受創，上千人緊急疏散，傷亡人數尚在調查中。
據當地電視台報導，有目擊者表示，在事故發生時，鎮中心有很多人。其中一個酒吧是年輕人喜歡聚會的場所。在事故發生10個多小時以後，大火仍在燃燒，警察無法接近重災區，因此無法確定具體傷亡人數。許多家長因為無法和自己的孩子取得聯繫，非常擔憂。
Lac-Megantic 是一個只有6000多名居民的湖濱小鎮，風景秀麗。出軌的貨車共帶有73節車廂，其中四個壓力運油罐在貨車出軌後爆炸。當地居民表示聽到至少5-6次爆炸巨響。
據消防人員表示，鎮中心有超過30幢建築被爆炸及大火摧毀，有上千居民被緊急疏散。
加拿大總理哈珀在推特上說：「思念和禱告與那些在Lac Megantic受影響的人同在。一個可怕的消息。」
Lac-Megantic位於魁北克省東部，與美國緬因州及佛蒙特州相鄰，是旅遊勝地。目前被滾滾的濃煙所包圍。

興仁夜市真的滿危險的， 可是我覺得中原夜市更嚴重... 來聊聊中原夜市 1.白線可以停車沒錯 但是有車子直接停著半個車道... 只要有"老婆小孩要下車" 或者"只是等個雞排" 就會整條塞住。 真的是羞恥無上限的駕駛... 2.關於拖吊車 實踐路米老鼠附近， 商家不少， 要卸貨必塞。 路邊黃線停一整排機車， 離峰時段"偶爾"會拖吊， 尖峰時段"沒看過"拖吊 (因為拖吊車會變成塞車主因...) 3.神奇的拖吊車 因為拖吊車無法在"塞車路段"拖吊 所以會拖一些車流量很少的違停 例如:中原大學恩慈小門 唉... 好歹也去拍個照不能阻止違停嗎? 南盪只有把車吊走才能開罰? 真正問題的源頭不抓、不罰是哪招... 4.關於普仁茶藝館 我去過兩次都是撿到錢， 警察先生非常忙碌， 說他們是茶藝館我其實不認同， 我很少看到悠閒的警員。 但是我必須承認他們沒有盡責， 全方面為民服務、效率低。 該做的事情都有做， 但只是像一般公務人員一樣把事情完成。 警察一直在外面處理車禍， 總機的車禍電話響不停， 看的出來你們工作量很重。 我只是撿到錢去做筆錄， 竟然要我等40分鐘， 報案的表格還是拿"別人的報案資料"， 複製貼上、修改日期內容， 最好長官的SOP是這樣教你的... 你們不知道這樣會很慢嗎? 你們不知道這樣別人報案資訊外洩嗎? 效率低、人手不足、訓練不足 無庸置疑。 我並不相信機車弄丟之類的一般報案， 會能夠抓的到小偷... ---------------------------------------- 以上經驗都是我住過的地方與報案經驗。 句句屬實， 警察們振作啊， 從我入學到快畢業， 幾乎沒有人稱你們是派出所， 都叫你們茶藝館， 來中原演講的時候也有澄清自己不是茶藝館， 但我真的沒看到你們的進步。 你們在中原拖車真的很勤勞， 我真的很感動， 但我相信，還可以更好。 警察北北，加油啊... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.28.12
