如標題 薪資明細有扣我負擔 勞保跟健保 卻沒幫我保勞保 因為我在該待兩個月公司 4/1~5/31 我進去第一天4/1 含我員工共六個人(有一位4/1離職) 第二天4/2 含我員工共五個人 中間因為欠薪跟他討很久 直到7/4才討到(可能是因為跟人力銀行投訴他沒辦法發薪水還徵人) 我昨天打到勞保局跟健保局 發現勞保並沒有保 而且勞保局也跟我說某某某4/1就離職 還是沒我的名字 請問這種情況 我有什麼損失嗎? 除了被他凹的負擔費用 (如果沒其他損失我就當作我做功德) 請問有人可以幫我解惑嗎? 畢竟是我退役後的第一份工作 真得不太清楚 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.69.199
