因為是以前看過的，所以對影片內容記得不清楚。所以內容也只是我印象中的，可能有錯。
應該是香港的殭屍片，只記得裡面有個小嬰兒，早上被人發現被殭屍吸乾血。然後好像是結尾，房子都燒起來，但是剩下殭屍的心臟...
請問這部片名是什麼?

【大紀元2014年10月16日訊】（大紀元記者任倩雪紐約報導）10月15日，市主計長斯靜格（Scott Stringer）在市議員萬齊家主持的「市議會移民事務委員會」（New York City Council Committee on Immigration）聽證會上作證時表示，希望紐約市議會能制止對無證移民的拘留和遞解，並對市議長瑪麗桃最近發起的兩項法案Int0486-2014和Int0487-2014表示支持。斯靜格認為，這兩項議案能幫助減少市政機構和聯邦移民海關執法的合作，減少將移民送入拘留和遞解程序。

在過去10多年間，感化局（DOC）和紐約市警察局（NYPD）參與了「聯邦刑事計劃」（Federal Criminal Alien Program），將被控犯罪的移民的姓名提供給「移民和海關執法」（ICE），無論這些人是否最後被定罪。

斯靜格介紹，根據感化局提供的數據，從2012年10月份到2013年9月份之間，共有1,702名無證移民被感化局轉送到移民局關押機構，其中有超過一半的人從未犯過任何輕罪（misdemeanor）或重罪（felony）。在同一時期中，有845名無證移民只曾犯過一項輕罪，從未犯過重罪，就被轉押在了移民局。

他們被送到遠離紐約的拘留中心，常常沒有法律顧問為他們服務，他們的權利也不能被保障。在拘留期間，這些無證移民缺少合理的健康保險。在2003年10月份到2013年12月份之間，141名移民在拘留中心去世。

從2012年10月份到2013年9月份間，紐約市支付給聯邦政府用於處理移民拘留案件的費用高達五千多萬元（51,971,827），而聯邦政府通過「國家刑事和外來援助項目」（State Criminal Alien Assistance Program：簡稱SCAAP）付給紐約市的費用高達九百多萬元（9,535,609）。紐約市通過該項目獲得的金額比實際用於支付非法移民轉押的費用少四千多萬元。

斯靜格還表示，華裔和韓裔移民經常被無端遣返，他重申，紐約市應該限制這類與聯邦邊境執法機構的合作，避免遣返努力工作的紐約人，因為這類合作既令人家庭分離，又花費納稅人的大量錢財。
